## About The Property

Planned over two floors and all under one roof, Finchcocks Oast provides business guests ample space for meetings, breakout and workshop areas. Then there’s the living.

When ‘talking shop’ is done, or just taking a break from the business-at-hand, the Oast features a lavish, large chef-inspiring kitchen on the first floor, with wonderful adjacent dining and sitting areas. From the first floor guests can walk straight out on to the large balcony area to enjoy superb views over the surrounding traditional hop gardens and far-reaching countryside.

Outdoor facilities include a private heated swimming pool (April to September), a tennis court and lots of open, self contained grounds around the property. Leaving the grounds, there is direct access to several public walkways and footpaths. The 5km long private road that leads to and past the Oast is perfect for those guests that prefer to run, rather than walk.

Indoor facilities include table tennis, table football. Each of 3 Tvs has its own SKY HD box with subscription channels. The main living area TV also delivers BT Sport. Each of 2 TVs has as DVD player, with the third TV providing a PS3 player (games not provided).

Catering services can be provided by guests’ own caterers, or we can provide (price on application), or we can provide guests with the contact details of a selection of caterers that have catered for several of our previous guests.

Check-in is from 3pm on the day of arrival.

Check-out is to be not later than 10am on the day of departure.

To help your business stay run as smooth as possible, we will provide:

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** Mobile signal booster installed. Broadband, with Wi-Fi signal boosters throughout the property. No landline.
- **Accessibility:** Finchcocks Oast is not equipped to accommodate disabled guests. The majority of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor.
- **Dog Friendly:** No pets - sorry.
- **Kitchen:** Large, modern, fully equipped, with gas range, electric wall oven, and large breakfast table and bar. A delight for external caterers.
- **Dining Room:** A spacious and elegant dining area offers guests the opportunity to dine up to 42 people in both the most informal and formal of gatherings.
- **Sitting Room:** Adjacent to the dining area, and equally tasteful and spacious, guests can either relax and join in, or choose a spot to enjoy that quiet moment.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** 3 Bang & Olufsen TVs with Sky+HD for each. 2 Blu-Ray Disc HD Players. A Phillips Docking Music System, with a docking clock radio in each bedroom.
- **Games Room:** Yes. TV, Sky+HD, Table football, PS2 player (guests to provide own games), and several table-top boxed games.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Underfloor heating throughout. A gas stove provides additional heat and ambience to the living area, and each en-suite has a heated towel radiator.
- **Bedrooms:** There are 10 bedrooms. 7 are doubles with King or Queen size beds, and 3 provide twin single-beds. Sofa and trundle beds expand the sleeping options.
- **Linen:** All linen, bath, hand and pool-side towels are supplied.
- **Bathrooms:** Each of the 9 bedrooms is en suite with walk-in showers. 3 en suites also provide baths.
- **Children's Facilities:** Children of all ages welcome. 2 large travel cots + mattresses provided, for which guests to supply own linen. 2 high-chairs are provided in kitchen.
- **Outdoor:** Heated swimming pool, tennis court, badminton, table tennis.
- **Swimming Pool:** Heated and outdoors. Open for guests to use from April until October (the exact dates will be weather dependent).
- **Parking:** More than enough parking is available.
- **Smoking:** No Smoking.
