In a rural setting in the Wye Valley, but close to Ross-on-Wye and Monmouth (and major road routes including the M4, M50 and M5), and the Forest of Dean, Flanesford Priory is ideally situated for families, groups of friends, walkers and those seeking the wide range of outdoor activities available locally (including kayaking, paddleboarding, cycling and hiking), or for groups of hens or others getting together for a special event.
All except The Cider Mill are within the main historic building of the Priory, with original stone walls, stone staircases, vaulted ceilings, rustic oak beams and old world charm. Many have interesting original features incorporated into the living space. Most are on two or three levels, some with narrow staircases, so please talk to us about any mobility issues.
The Cider Mill is set on its own away from the main building, perfect for those requiring a little extra privacy, and has M1 mobility rating, with full wheelchair access.
All the apartments are beautifully furnished, with plenty of comfortable living space, well equipped kitchens, a mixture of double and single beds and plenty of bathroom facilities.
The larger apartments have generous living spaces making them the ideal venue for parties and special dinners or celebrations. The Wye will seat 14.
