Fleetwood is a much-loved beachfront holiday home in East Wittering, perfect for bringing together family and friends. With a relaxed coastal feel and uninterrupted sea views, it offers a truly special seaside escape just moments from the beach, where the sound of the waves is ever-present.

Balconies spanning the full width of the first and second floors provide stunning panoramic views, ideal for morning coffee or evening drinks as the sun sets over the sea.

Inside, the spacious open-plan kitchen, dining and sitting area is perfect for sociable living, with doors opening onto a private beachfront garden. A first-floor sitting room with large sliding doors leads out to the balcony, offering another space to relax and enjoy the view.

Fleetwood sleeps up to 12 guests across five bedrooms. Four king-size rooms each have en-suite bathrooms, while a ground floor bunk room is ideal for children. The top floor bedroom is a highlight, with wide picture windows and access to a private balcony.

The secure garden opens directly onto a dog-friendly beach, making it perfect for both children and pets. Located on a quiet private estate, the house is just a short walk from East Wittering village and close to Bracklesham Bay.
