Fletchers Combe Farm is a private Devon estate in a quiet valley near Totnes—5 min to the A381 for beaches and towns, 15 min to the A38 for Dartmoor and cities.

Two homes 50 m apart, bookable separately or together: the Grade II listed Farmhouse (4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms; sleeps 8) and the L-shaped converted Barn (7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms; sleeps 14). Together: 11 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms (sleeps 22), with two Jay-Be fold-out beds and up to four cots on request.

Inside: multiple lounges with wood-burners, two well-equipped kitchens and generous dining. The Barn’s Tallet room seats 16, with space to add a second table for 22.

Each property has its own garden, hot tub, Weber BBQ and firepit. The Barn terrace also has a small enclosed lawn and children’s play area; the Farmhouse has an enclosed front garden with playground and treehouse, and a rear garden with patio and valley views over the orchard and wild-swim/boating pond. Marquee-ready lawns and no close neighbours make it ideal for relaxed gatherings.

We’re pet-friendly—dogs of all breeds and sizes (and cats) welcome. We can supply throws, bowls, towels, shampoo, toys and treats, plus crates by arrangement. Up to 10 dogs per property can be booked online; more may be possible if you contact us.

Perfect for multi-generational families, friends’ reunions, retreats and milestone celebrations. Parties and events welcome by prior agreement.

About us: we're a third-generation, family-run cattle farm and holiday home. We live on the 100-acre farm about five minutes away and run the lets alongside our day jobs from a home office. So you’ll have privacy, but with help close by if you need it.

Farmhouse: 1 wet room, 1 bathroom w/ separate roll top bath, 1 en-suite shower.
- **Children's Facilities:** Farmhouse and Barn have separate outdoor children's playgrounds for up to 6yo. Cots + high chairs available under stairs. Shared games room on site.
- **Outdoor:** Barn w/ enclosed garden, stream, 2 BBQs + hot tub. Farmhouse w/ 2 enclosed gardens, stream, boating/swimming pond, 2 BBQs + hot tub. BBQ gas provided.
- **Parking:** Barn car park located in forest opposite the roadside of building: 6-8 cars max. Farmhouse car park located in side of house: 5-6 cars max.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is prohibited indoors and around the property. Please use the provided bins and designated smoking areas and keep windows/doors shut nearby.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** 2 Rolec EV chargers available onsite; one for Barn guests opposite Barn front door, one for Farmhouse guests in Farmhouse car park. Cable not provided
