Flintstone Cottages is a perfect base for any large group wishing to get together for whatever reason but still retaining an element of independence within the 5 cottages if needed. Ideal for families, friends, wedding guests, hen do's, motor, horse racing, polo enthusiasts, walkers, cyclists or for somewhere to just relax.
Located near Chichester, Goodwood Estate, the South Coast with it stunning sandy beaches, the South Downs, Arundel and Brighton.
The Lodge: 3 king or twin rooms, master en suite shower room and family bathroom with bath and shower. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area. Disabled accessible.
The Cottage: 1 king or twin room and 2 doubles, bathroom with bath and shower and separate cloakroom. Open plan kitchen, dining and living area with wood burning stove, patio doors to a decking garden area.
The Barn: 2 king beds (1 on mezzanine floor) or twin rooms and bathroom with bath and walk in shower. The open plan kitchen, living and dining area with wood burning stove has patio doors to a decking garden area.
The Loft: 2 double beds and a bathroom with shower over. There is a galley-style kitchen, dining area and separate living room with balcony and wood burning stove.
The Garden Room: super king or twin room and en suite shower room. The open plan living, dining and kitchen area has a wood burning stove and double patio doors to the decking area.
Each property also has a sofa bed for an additional 2 people, taking maximum capacity to 32. The largest indoor dining area could seat 12, outdoor up to 32. Both gas and charcoal barbecues are available.
Each cottage offers a fully equipped kitchen (including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge), Smart televisions, DVD players and free WiFi.
Open barn-style parking is available adjacent to the cottages, which are very secure and private being half a mile down a remote farm track. For those of you who enjoy cycling and other sporting activities a lock up barn is available to house bicycles, surfboards, paddle boards.
