## About The Property

This wonderful East Yorkshire farm cottage and outbuildings conversion is an example of modern elegance, an amazing holiday house and celebration destination near Beverley.

Sleeping up to 16 guests, Foldyard House is the perfect option for family holidays, multi generational groups, hen weekends, special celebrations, reunions or corporate meetings. Also a popular base for hikers, cyclists and golfers - mid week stays available.

Foldyard House has natural light-filled open plan living accommodation with oodles of space and excellent facilities including a large hot tub with waterfall and a pine sauna cabin to guarantee a great stay.

Most rooms have vast vaulted beamed ceilings and exposed brickwork, plenty of space where everyone can be together, inside or outside depending on the weather.

The games room with a pool table has doors that can be opened along with the lounge to create extra 'party' space if required.

The lounge has large comfortable sofas and an open fireplace log burner, plus underfloor heating.

The high end kitchen is fully equipped for preparing large meals, or ask about hiring in outside caterers and chefs for a special occasion.

There are 7 bedrooms, 5 on the ground floor, with super king or zip-link king/twin beds. 4 have en suites. 2 upstairs bedrooms are set out as 2 x 3 single beds, both with en suites.

The outside design is well thought out with an enclosed courtyard and lawned garden seating area. Plenty of room for children to play.

Electric vehicle charging available.

Foldyard House welcomes dogs - up to 2 per booking. There is a large private paddock ideal for exercise.

On-site activities can be arranged. Have a go at flower arranging or life drawing, enjoy a pamper party or a cocktail making workshop, or get involved in an It's a Knockout competition or murder mystery evening.

The seaside town of Hornsea is a short drive away, or head to Bridlington for a family day out on the golden sands and a visit to an ice cream parlours.  The bustling market town of Beverley is 20 minutes away offering good pubs, nice eateries and restaurants. The scenic Yorkshire Wolds are on the doorstep for excellent hiking and cycling, or just for a drive.

## Booking Information

- Minimum stay 2 nights. Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am. Check out by 12 noon on Sundays. Up to 2 well behaved dogs are permitted. Stag parties cannot be accommodated. A 33% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance due 60 days before arrival. Refundable Housekeeping Bond required for each stay.
