What a fantastic combination these 3 houses near Bradford-on-Avon make for a multi generation family celebration or holiday, friends reunion, corporate gathering, retreat or girls getaway weekend. Set in 30 acres of mature gardens & countryside, these holiday houses near Bath offer luxury accommodation with great facilities, including an outdoor heated pool (May-Sep), tennis court, and games room. All rooms can be configured as either Super King or Twin, with exception of one bedroom in the Farmhouse containing a double bed with single bunk above. The central location close to Bath and good transport links make it the perfect choice for guests meeting up from different areas.

The Farmhouse, Coach House and Hayloft are adjacent and set around a courtyard. The grounds are perfect for communal barbecues and lots of family fun in the pool. The Garden Room in the Farmhouse is perfect for up to 32 guests to dine together, and can also be set up with a projector for business presentations or watching an important sporting event. On a nice evening, throw open the French doors and enjoy some pre-dinner drinks on the pool terrace before sitting down to eat. The extensive lawn areas can be used for games as well as places for the kids and dogs to run around. The Coach House is single storey, a favourite with grandparents or anyone who might find stairs an issue.

Inside living is luxurious and comfortable. Kitchens have everything you need for self catering as well as the best quality appliances. The Farmhouse is perfect for socialing with your entire group. The Coach House has an open plan lounge with a wood stove for chillier nights and a large sliding door leading onto the patio for a coffee or sundowner. The Hayloft has an open plan lounge, mezzanine and stunning views of the countryside. All the bedrooms are beautifully decorated with cool soft furnishings and attractive furniture. Bathroom facilities are plentiful and high end, some with freestanding baths.
