Private hamlet of 5 cottages sleeping 2 to 26 in 5 luxury properties + Function Barn (Saw Barn) which dines 30 guests with kitchen and wc facilities.

Forest Barns are available individually or in combination for larger groups. Perfect for large gatherings, multi generational parties and events, corporate groups and wedding celebrations.

We offer a Weekend Wedding Festival package for 2 nights where the couple can have the whole site their way - with space for a tipi or marquee if preferred to the function room options, and with guest accommodation. 2 large rooms and 2 lawned areas are licensed for ceremonies.

All 5 cottages offer top quality, comfort and the attention to detail of a good hotel, combined with the privacy, independence and space of home amidst the ease and style of English country house living. Tucked away in a rural setting, with no through traffic, the following features set this venue apart from other self catering holiday rentals:

It’s a paradise for children: for pre-schoolers a playground with swings and slide, woodland walk with a 6mtr swing over sloping ground for thrill seekers, bantams to feed and collect eggs and Carol, our rabbit, to feed and stroke. For teens: a games room with pool table, table tennis, air hockey and table football. A total of 40 acres, perfect for activities.

Some properties are pet friendly with safe, secure gardens and wonderful walks. Bowls, warm pet shower, towels and pet bed provided.

Exclusive use of the Saw Barn, a banqueting property, is included for groups taking the whole site or trio of properties, and offers private dining and space to relax together. Seating requirements can be discussed. Saw Barn is centrally located within the site and is on one level.

Forest Barns has the outdoor activities of the Forest of Dean and Wye Valley on the doorstep. Also nearby are many pretty market towns, the glorious Cotswolds, and the cultural centres of Bath and Cheltenham.

- **Linen:** Linens (400 thread count Egyptian cotton) are all provided. All beds are made up with duvets (non-allergy or feather-free are also available).
