You can enjoy forest cabins that comfortably sleep up to 8, with a hot tub outside and a variety of activities and extras that will keep everyone happy. this peaceful setting will provide the perfect opportunity for reconnecting and relaxing.
Step beyond your cabin to marvel at the breath-taking local scenery, enjoy gentle walks, mountain biking or adventures. Book a ranger activity to share with you the woodland’s secret tales or head out in the night for a tour around the trails. Watersport-lovers can spend the afternoon on the loch, while nature-lovers can wildlife spot. Prancing deer and soaring buzzards can often be seen here, alongside the rare and beautiful pine martins darting around the trees. The quaint market town of Callander is also well worth a visit, as is the nearby village of Aberfoyle and the historic city of Stirling.
At the centre of the site the Forest Retreat hub provides a café and bar, shop and play area, bikes for hire, and you can book wildlife-spotting and bushcraft activities with the Forest Rangers. And beyond there are loads of adventures to choose from – follow birdwatching trails from the Lodge Forest Visitor Centre, join the high-wire fun at the nearby Go Ape centre or visit the nearby village of Aberfoyle, which gives access to some of the best Trossachs scenery and walking trails.
