## About The Property

Four Ashes sleeps up to 12 people (+2 infants in cots) with the option of Oyster Reach cottage which sleeps a further 4, in 2 double bedrooms.

As you turn into the private driveway, the stunning view of the Haven lies before you, drawing you down towards Four Ashes. Park up and before exploring the house, pause on the terrace. Take in the amazing views to the left, towards the Haven, to the right along the beautiful Cleddau estuary and across the water to the rolling Pembrokeshire countryside.

Four Ashes is a very spacious, luxury detached house perfectly suited to a large family gathering or a reunion with friends, it is the perfect place for entertaining.

Set on the outskirts of Cosheston – a peaceful village which was once the centre for major ship building, it is positioned ideally to offer easy access to the unspoilt beauty of the Pembrokeshire Coast and stunning beaches.

Sadly, no longer there – the four ashes after which the house was named were felled for reasons of safety and though we were sad to see them go, the wonderful views from the house, over the Haven and the Cleddau Estuary, have been opened out and, if possible, are better than ever.

The interior design, furnishing and equipment are designed for easy living and are of the highest quality – and there are lots of finishing touches that add that extra bit of comfort and luxury! Crisp white bed linen, deep down duvets, soft fluffy towels and oh- so- comfy beds; a zoned music system, the cinema system, wireless internet access, and the Aga in the fully equipped kitchen – your every need is catered for. In fact, if you think you should ask "Is there a ....", you don’t need to – there almost certainly is!

Our heated indoor infinity edge swimming pool is a unique feature which overlooks the waterway and gives the impression of an endless swimming pool.

Oyster Reach cottage is configured to the same high standards as Four Ashes and provides additional accommodation for four people.

- **Dining Room:** Amazing views up and down the estuary - a fabulous room, elegantly furnished comfortably seating 12.
- **Sitting Room:** Gather around the grand open fire (free logs supplied), or lounge in the chairs by the bay window and take in the stunning water views.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** 60" Smart TV in the sitting room & Zoned online music system in various rooms of the house, as well as on the terrace & in the swimming pool building
- **Games Room:** Childs playroom, summer house, boat house at waters edge.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Two open log fires and HIVE controlled central heating throughout.
- **Bedrooms:** Six bedrooms in Four Ashes, as well as a nursery, and a further 2 available in Oyster Reach cottage, which is approx 30 yards from the main house.
- **Linen:** Luxury Crisp white linen provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 5 bathrooms, one with stunning waterside views.
- **Children's Facilities:** Playroom, tennis court. Cot in the nursery, plus a travel cot, wooden high chair.
- **Outdoor:** Exclusive boat house, quay, moorings, summerhouse, tennis court, 4 acres of gardens and woodland walks. The coastal path is just 200 yards away.
- **Swimming Pool:** Indoor infinity edge swimming pool with stunning views over the waterway. 8.5m x 5m
- **Parking:** Ample parking for ten plus cars.
- **Smoking:** Not permitted inside properties.
