This lovely estate in Cumbria hits the spot perfectly for friends' weekends away or a quiet family holiday to relax. The owners have thought of everything to provide fun and entertainment in a super relaxed setting. 3 hot tubs with LED lights and waterfall features are great for the grown-ups to sit back and relax while the children play crazy golf on the 4 hole pitch or play ping pong. The games room or playroom is a firm favorite with all ages for playing pool, air hockey, darts, and table football as well as a ball pit and toys for the little ones. Please note that outside noise needs to cease by 9.30 pm due to the residential setting.

Take a stroll along the beautiful River Eden or drive to Rockliffe for a lunchtime drink at The Crown and Thistle. The outdoor park and children's play area in Cargo is worth a visit or Black Dyke Farm 10 minutes away with its private hire swimming pool and horse riding. Carlisle is a short drive and has 2 AONBs as well as a World Heritage site. Gretna Green, the iconic wedding location, is nearby with a large shopping outlet. The Solway Coast is 30 minutes away with pretty seaside villages such as Maryport and Whitehaven National Trust Coast.

All 3 properties have stylish well equipped kitchens and living areas. Four Oaks House is well set up for group cooking and there's a sociable and spacious dining room with extendable table seating 12 for a celebration feast and plenty of banquette seating for extras. The playroom in the main house has its own 55" Smart TV and comfy sofas. The choice of accommodation is perfect for multi-generational families who require space and privacy.
