Frasers is an ideal choice for groups of family and friends wanting a getaway from it all retreat, perhaps to celebrate a milestone birthday or anniversary. Frasers is the perfect retreat for hen parties looking for something a little different. We offer an array of workshops including candle making, floristry, gardening, cookery, wildlife photography to name a few. We can arrange trips to local vineyards. Frasers is also perfectly located for exploring the Kent countryside on our private estate and visiting some of the beautiful sites this area has to offer. Stags Barn comprises 4 luxury en-suite bedrooms. Stags Barn has a state of the art kitchen including wine fridge, beautiful living area with bi-fold doors leading out to a stunning sun-drenched terrace, ample seating for 20, and a BBQ, ideal for large groups. Pond Cottage comprises 2 double en-suite rooms with cosy lounge dining area and fully fitted kitchen, Pond Cottage is a great property for couples or families of 2 adults and 2 children. The 17th century traditional ragstone Oast houses our beautiful well-appointed suite with a downstairs dining area, as well as the Laxton and Russet en-suite rooms, both with a wealth of original features. The Russet room offers flexible sleeping offering either a twin or double bed. All rooms have Freeview televisions. Full catering facilities are available as private dining in Stags Barn, or guests are welcomed to our award winning restaurant. We can even stock the fridges with produce and meals for you to enjoy during your stay which ensures you can relax, rest and reconnect. We have a 2 night minimum stay at our property. In addition to the above we also have 2 Tiny Houses, FIeld View 1 and Field View 2 which both have a double bed and sofa bed so can accommodate 3 guests. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Well behaved dogs are permitted by prior arrangement. We also welcome horsey holidays and can offer DIY, full or part livery. - **Accessibility:** All bedrooms are on the ground floor except the Suite in the oast. Not all rooms are suitable for disabled guests due to the nature of the layout. - **WiFi:** Superfast WiFi is available in all areas at Frasers - **Kitchen:** Stags Barn has a fully fitted kitchen and BBQ. The Oast has no kitchen. Pond cottage has a fully fitted kitchen. Field View 1and 2 offer kitchenettes. - **Dining Room:** Stags Barn can accommodate up to 20 guests dining together and our award winning restaurant can accommodate up to 40 guests dining together. - **Sitting Room:** Stags Barn has its own large sitting area. Balance due 12 weeks prior. £1,000 security deposit taken 1 week prior.
