Frasers offers both self catering and room only accommodation with the benefit of an award winning restaurant in a custom-built Kentish oak framed barn.

Frasers is an ideal choice for groups of family and friends wanting a getaway from it all retreat, perhaps to celebrate a milestone birthday or anniversary.

Frasers is the perfect retreat for hen parties looking for something a little different. We offer an array of workshops including candle making, floristry, gardening, cookery, wildlife photography to name a few. We can arrange trips to local vineyards. Frasers is also perfectly located for exploring the Kent countryside on our private estate and visiting some of the beautiful sites this area has to offer.

Stags Barn comprises 4 luxury en-suite bedrooms. Stags Barn has a state of the art kitchen including wine fridge, beautiful living area with bi-fold doors leading out to a stunning sun-drenched terrace, ample seating for 20, a hot tub and BBQ, ideal for large groups.

Pond Cottage comprises 2 double en-suite rooms with cosy lounge dining area and fully fitted kitchen, Pond Cottage is a great property for couples or families of 2 adults and 2 children.

The 17th century traditional ragstone Oast houses our beautiful well-appointed suite with a downstairs dining area, as well as the Laxton and Russet en-suite rooms, both with a wealth of original features. The Russet room offers flexible sleeping offering either a twin or double bed.

All rooms have Freeview televisions.
Full catering facilities are available as private dining in Stags Barn, or guests are welcomed to our award winning restaurant.
We can even stock the fridges with produce and meals for you to enjoy during your stay which ensures you can relax, rest and reconnect.
We have a 2 night minimum stay at our property.

Dog Friendly

We welcome guests to bring along their horses or ponies to join in the holiday. We can offer full, part or DIY livery and individual turnout.

Disabled Facilities

All bedrooms are on the ground floor except the Suite in the oast. Not all rooms are suitable for disabled guests due to the nature of the layout.

Superfast WiFi is available in all areas at Frasers

Kitchen

Stags Barn has a fully fitted kitchen and outside BBQ. The Oast and Pond cottage are on a room only basis and have no kitchen facilities

Dining Room

Stags Barn can accommodate up to 20 guests dining together and our award winning restaurant can accommodate up to 40 guests dining together.

Sitting Room

Stags Barn has its own large sitting area. In summer months Stags Barn has its own private terrace.

TV and Music Facilities

All rooms have Freeview TV.

Games Room

There is no games room.

Central heating.

Bedrooms

Stags Barn:4 double, 1 sofa bed. Oast:1 four poster, 1 double, 1 double/twin. Pond Cottage: 1 single plus put you up bed, 1 double/twin, 1 four poster

Linen

All linen and towels are provided for use during your stay free of charge in all rooms.

Bathrooms

All rooms come with private en suite facilities. Not all rooms have showers.

Children's Facilities

We cannot accommodate children under the age of 12.

Outdoor

Your own sun drenched terrace is available for use during your stay. We also have maps of walks to local pubs and the local village of Egerton.

Swimming Pool

There is no pool.

Ample free parking.

Smoking

Strictly no smoking except in designated areas.

Booking Information

50% deposit for the total amount of the stay is required upon booking. Balance due 12 weeks prior. £1,000 security deposit taken 1 week prior. Reservations can be cancelled up to 12 weeks prior to the stay after this the full balance will be taken.

Situated on a working farm, all our accommodation is surrounded by 300 acres of beautiful Kent Countryside. 5 minutes from mainline train station to London. Grocery shop, garage and pub – 3 miles.

We are situated 15 minutes from Ashford, with international train station, and 25 minutes from Maidstone which offers great shopping.
Egerton village store; 3 miles.Sainsburys local; 5 miles away in nearby Headcorn.
Frasers has an on-site 2 AA Rosette awarded restaurant where we offer fine dining. We can also tailor make menus for each party.
London Gatwick; 53 miles.
Headcorn; 5 miles.Also a taxi rank at the station with easy access to Frasers.
