Use of the Green Room in the main house is a big draw for games of snooker, pool and bar skittles, adults only.

Gainsborough House has its 4 bedrooms on the ground floor and living areas upstairs. Open plan design and wood vaulted ceilings create a large sociable space for a lounge, kitchen and diner. The fully equipped kitchen and long dining table are perfect for creating and enjoying a family supper or celebration. Large Juliette balconies through large double doors at either end create a light space. Chill out in the relaxed seating area on luxury sofas after dinner.

The Ashton Estate includes plenty of opportunities for outdoor games, walking and cycling, and there's a grade 2 listed walled garden to discover. Oundle is a short drive from the estate, a quirky market town with streets lined with Georgian architecture. Rutland Water and Grafham Water are local outdoor centres offering fishing, cycling, walking, sailing and bird watching.
