The house offers 19 en suite twin rooms and beautiful walled gardens, along with free WiFi and parking. The house is perfect for any youth and student group, sports clubs and school trips – the property can be offered on a self-catering basis or with all meals catered for if required. We also have mini buses and drivers should you need transport during your stay or need airport transfers. Your visit can be tailor made and we can be very flexible to suit your needs and have a variety of established suppliers in most areas of interest. Sport related activities can be arranged in the local area. Courses in English language can also be arranged. With 19 bedrooms the Garden House can accommodate 16 to 42 people, with the rooms configured to suit your group requirements. There is one accessible room available. The house also offers plenty of social space, including a large lounge, conservatory dining room and games room. There are also kitchens, laundry room, a meeting room. Outside are car parking for twenty, patio and gardens. Rooms for group leaders can be provided and the communal rooms can easily be configured to use as a classroom. Flip boards, whiteboard and projectors are available. There is a conservatory dining area with seating for 40 guests. They must not sleep on the furniture and a bin is provided for waste.
