## About The Property

Sleeps 10 to 40 in 6 cottages and 5 luxury yurts, with dining together for up to 18 in the farmhouse. The restaurant is available for larger groups to pre-book. The yurts have their own communal area with dining for up to 25.

 Five luxury yurts sleep up to 5 each

We have six beautifully converted self catering holiday cottages and five luxury yurts sleeping between two and ten people. They can be booked individually or together. Located in the immediate area around the renowned Island attraction, The Garlic Farm, they consist of an attractive farmhouse and converted barns all built from local stone and five yurts hand made on the Island and fitted out to a very high standard with ensuite flushing loos, hot and cold running water and fully equipped kitchens. The yurts can be booked together to sleep up to 25.

All the cottages are close to one another, ideal for groups of families or friends enjoying a holiday or short break together.

We also welcome dogs to the farm, a maximum of 2 per property and each cottage has its own enclosed garden space. A tennis court, football pitch, games room and wood fired sauna are also available exclusively for our guests.

All our properties are equipped with free WIFI except the yurts.

The restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch and can be booked for evening meals for groups of 15 or more by arrangement.

Chickens, peacocks and red squirrels all freely roam the grounds. We have beautiful highland cattle, goats and horses in the surrounding fields.

We can book discounted ferry crossings on all routes. We are ideally located for exploring the Island on foot or bicycle. Beaches no more than 10 minutes by car.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** We welcome 1 dog per cottage with the exception of the yurts and ask for £30 per dog.
- **Accessibility:** Please contact us for specific access queries. We have 1 ground floor bedroom with private access.
- **Hot Tub:** Wood fired hot tubs are available with the yurts.
- **WiFi:** WiFi throughout all the cottages. Not in the yurts.
- **Kitchen:** Each cottage is fully equipped with cooking utensils and appliances.
- **Dining Room:** A large group can dine together in the farmhouse (seats 20) and each cottage also has it's own dining space.
- **Sitting Room:** Each cottage has it's own sitting room, with smart TV
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a smart TV in each cottage.
- **Games Room:** We have a games room equipped with pool table, table tennis, table football and air hockey.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The farmhouse has large wood burner. Farmhouse cottage also has a wood burner. All properties are centrally heated from our biomass heating system.
- **Bedrooms:** We have a total of 20 rooms consisting of 12 doubles, 8 twins, 2 bunks.
- **Linen:** All linen and towels are provided.
- **Bathrooms:** The farmhouse has 3 bathrooms 2 with shower and 1 downstairs toilet. A mix of baths and showers in the other cottages. Some en suite.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cots, high chairs, stair-gates and bedguards can all be provided free of charge.
- **Outdoor:** Tennis court, football pitch, wood fired sauna, childrens play area and plenty of unrestricted open spaces.
- **Parking:** Plenty of parking outside each cottage.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not allowed in any of the properties.
- **Tennis Court:** Beautiful recently resurfaced tennis court exclusively for guests use.
- **Sauna:** Our beautiful wood fired barrel sauna and cold plunge pool can be booked for exclusive sessions.

## Booking Information

- Prices given are a guide for 20 people. We accept short breaks from 2 nights outside of holiday periods. In peak periods we offer 3 night weekends and 4 nights midweek. Please contact us for details for individual cottages or larger groups.
