## About The Property

The Gatsby is a spacious and luxurious Victorian townhouse spread over 3 floors and sleeping up to 24 comfortably, making this a fantastic venue for getting large groups of friends together for the weekend, arranging a multi-generational family reunion or for celebrating a special occasion in style.

The house offers several large social spaces, with a huge dining room able to seat the entire group together for special celebration dinners. There are a number of sitting areas, ranging from the more formal drawing room with a grand piano and open fire, to a seating area in the sociable kitchen, and of course the den or games room for evening entertainment for all ages.

Upstairs are 11 bedrooms offering a good mix of kings, doubles, twins and triple rooms, many with en suite bathrooms and most very spacious and with large windows allowing in plenty of light.

Outside the entertaining theme continues, with a decked area next to the kitchen, perfect for al fresco dining. There are picnic benches on the large lawns, and a charcoal barbecue - a great option for a more relaxed group meal. And there's a 7 seater hot tub in the garden too, for star gazing and enjoying a soak after a busy day.

If your group would like a special occasion catered, or if you just want to enjoy some downtime without having to take on the cooking, we have a number of partners able to provide a wide range of options. Choose from an informal barbecue or hog roast, pizzas, Indian cuisine or fine Scottish dining. We can also arrange a mobile bar or cocktail experience, and how about a silent disco to really get the party going! And for eating out there's plenty of choice in the area too.

The Gatsby is situated between Aberdeen by the east coast and the Cairngorms National Park. So whether your group prefers urban or cultural experiences (with a huge number of castles to visit), enjoys the seaside or would like to get involved in the many outdoor activities available in the Cairngorms or play a round of golf on one of many courses, there's something for everyone within easy reach.

- **Accessibility:** No specific facilities - the house is spread over 3 floors.
- **WiFi:** The Gatsby has WiFi provided by BT. Mobile phone signal is good.
- **Kitchen:** 2 ovens, electric hob, 2 dishwashers, 2 fridge/freezers, wine fridges, microwave. Island with bar stools, seating area. Doors to decked area.
- **Dining Room:** Formal dining room with table to seat 24.
- **Sitting Room:** More formal drawing room with grand piano and open fire, a family room and a further seating area.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV with DVD in main lounge. TV in family room which has sky package including sports. 3 iPod docks.
- **Games Room:** Table tennis and darts board.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Open fire in lounge.
- **Bedrooms:** 11 bedrooms, 8 with en suite facilities. Mix of superking, king, double, twin and triple (single beds). Spread over 2 floors.
- **Linen:** Bed linen, towels and hot tub towels provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 8 en suites with either bath or shower (some over bath). Additional shower room on second floor and bathroom on first floor.
- **Children's Facilities:** 2 cots and 2 high chairs available.
- **Outdoor:** Spacious lawned garden with decked area and outdoor furniture. Charcoal barbecue. 7 seater hot tub.
- **Swimming Pool:** There's no pool but there is a 7 seater hot tub in the garden.
- **Parking:** There is ample parking within the grounds for 6/8 cars
- **Smoking:** Smoking within the house is strictly prohibited.
