## About The Property

Set at the at the top of the Cywarch Valley in Eryri (Snowdonia) National Park, Gesail offers a peaceful retreat for families, groups of friends, walkers, cyclists, workshops and small business gatherings. Surrounded by 690 acres of private land, mountains, woodland and streams, it is a place to slow down and get back to nature.

Outside guests can explore walking and cycling trails from the door. Aran Fawddwy rises nearby and Cader Idris is within easy reach, while Coed y Brenin and Dyfi Bike Park are around 40 minutes away. Beautiful spaces outside offer seating for meals and evening drinks surrounded by stunning landscapes.

The property comfortably sleeps up to 10 people across a traditional Welsh farmhouse and a beautifully designed modern barn conversion. Together they create a wonderful balance of rustic charm and contemporary comfort, making them ideal for group holidays, creative retreats or small team gatherings.

Inside the Farmhouse, which has a rustic character and relaxed atmosphere, you will find whitewashed walls, old beams and a welcoming sitting room with a large log fire that makes evenings warm and cosy after a day outdoors, or for a quiet moment with a book. There's also a dining room, a simple galley kitchen with a butler sink, and a bathroom. The Farmhouse has central heating and a washing machine, and 3 bedrooms: a 4 poster room, 1 double and 1 twin.

The Barn provides a more modern and bright, architect-designed space that feels both peaceful and uplifting. The large open plan living and dining area is perfect for shared meals and conversation, workshops or group activities. The Barn is fully equipped with a fridge, cooker, dishwasher and comfortable seating areas, and opens onto a terrace with views across the valley. It's a great spot for the whole group to eat and socialise together. A beautiful 4 poster bedroom sleeps 2, while a spacious attic bedroom contains another double bed.

Enjoy a true escape from the modern world at Gesail - there is no television or mobile signal, although WiFi allows internet access and WhatsApp connection.
