Set in a large mature wrap around garden in Flansham, West Sussex, the house is located just 4 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from Chichester, and just a 15 minute drive from Goodwood, the South Downs, and Arundel Castle and market town. As the road is a dead end there is very little passing traffic. The house is extremely spacious with plenty of room for sleeping up to 27 people (including a separate annex if needed) The configuration of rooms is flexible with 4 of the rooms having single beds that can be made up into superkings. Alongside the 9 bedrooms there are also 4 double sofa-beds which makes this the perfect house for big group family and friend gatherings. The owners have 4 small children of their own and have made every effort to make the house as child friendly as possible even including useful additions such as high chairs, cots, a bath support, bath toys, toilet steps, changing mats, bibs, plastic cutlery and plates and more. In the children’s play room, along with a smart TV, you will find toys, and books and outside a trampoline, swings, monkey bars and a slide as well as a paddling pool and water toys for those long lazy summer days. The adults have not been forgotten! Getaway House is all about fun, relaxation and taking you away from your every day life. So, here you’ll find a fully kitted out cinema room with projector, Sky Sports, and surround sound system. The games room comes complete with a darts board, pool table and ping pong table. There’s also a large gym with a cable machine, free weights, kettle bells, a rowing machine, and an exercise bike. With a large, sweeping, private driveway Getaway House can house up to 6 cars. This spectacular house is newly renovated and is excited to welcome you to make magical memories.
