## About The Property

Sleeps 10 to 28 in glamping units:

2 converted shipping containers sleep 10 each

For groups larger than 20, there are also 4 army trailers sleeping 2 each

The site is available with exclusive use to groups of families and friends, and is ideal for celebrations and hen parties. Included is a large 40' x 16' inside party space with stereo, disco lights, sofas, fridge freezer and benches for a group meals. Outside there is a fire pit, barbecue and benches for you to enjoy.

The new wedding barn is also available for wedding receptions or ceremonies with a celebrant. There's a DJ booth, great lighting and sound system - perfect for partying the night away. Outside there are fire pits, and we can arrange street food providers - everything you need for a festival-style wedding in fact!

Glamping Thorpe is situated next to a small wooded area away from any houses on the Oxfordshire/Northamptonshire border. Our glamping site is set in 3 acres of green pasture, which overlooks pretty countryside.

Each unit is situated in a corner of the field to give you the maximum privacy.

Our composting toilet has been made from recycled materials.

Our shower room has been converted from an old horse box and will guarantee to give you a whole new experience in washing!

Should you wish to hit the shops, we are about 6 miles from Banbury our local town. For the more cultural experience, we are about a 30 minute drive from Oxford , Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick and Leamington Spa.

We have an excellent local pub, The Three Conies, in the village of Thorpe Mandeville, about 1/4 mile walk across country fields.

We recommend you bring waterproof boots, torch, warm clothes, waterproof coat, kite, frisby etc. Also, please bring disposable glasses, paper plates etc, however, we are equipped with kettle, pans and gas stove.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** No phone or WiFi available.
- **Accessibility:** There are no facilities for disabled guests.
- **Dog Friendly:** Not suitable for pets - sorry.
- **Kitchen:** Basic cooking equipment is provided, pans, gas stove, please bring disposable glasses and plates.
- **Dining Room:** The party space can be used for chilling and dancing, with the benches outside for dining al fresco.
- **Sitting Room:** Comfy sofas in the glamping units. Party space for chilling.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** No TV.
- **Games Room:** We don't have a games room, but we do have lots of outdoor space for games.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Fire pit.
- **Bedrooms:** Double or kingsize beds in the glamping units. Please bring your own bedding.
- **Linen:** Please bring your own bedding.
- **Bathrooms:** Shower room is a converted horse trailer with hot water. We have a composting loo on site.
- **Children's Facilities:** Lots of open space!
- **Outdoor:** Picnic benches, plus lots of space.
- **Swimming Pool:** We do not have a pool on site. Nearest swimming pool is 5 miles away in Banbury.
- **Parking:** Our glamping site is a field, so plenty of parking for cars.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is allowed outside, but not in the glamping units.
