Glan y Mor is an impressive four storey Victorian town house, which has recently attained a 'Visit Wales' quality grading of five stars.
Glan y Mor is located in an enviable position on the seafront of the picturesque coastal town of Criccieth, North Wales. Fantastic, uninterrupted sea & mountain views (plus the wonderful sound of the sea) can be enjoyed at all times of the day in this peaceful and picturesque corner of North Wales.
Glan y Mor is equipped to a very high standard to provide an excellent quality of accommodation for a maximum of 20 people (plus 2 cots) in a total of 8 en-suite bedrooms.
There are 3 twin rooms, 2 double rooms, 1 kingsize rooms and 2 family suites. Each family suite comprises 2 interconnecting rooms, one with a king size bed and the other a set of bunk beds. The 2 family suites benefit from superb sea views. All bedrooms have en suite facilities.
Glan y Mor has a fantastic, sociable kitchen/diner with seating for 20, plus all the mod cons that one would expect in kitchen designed with sociability as well as function in mind. Sea views can be enjoyed from the kitchen/diner.
The sea views can also be enjoyed from the bay window of the huge first floor formal lounge. Comfortable seating for 18-20 is provided and a 51" flat screen TV.
A further sitting room is located on the ground floor. This room has a games console, flat screen TV, pool table & board games.
There is also a ground floor WC and utility room.
The beautiful sea views can be enjoyed from a patio area to the front of the house. A back yard is available for barbecues and storage.
The house benefits from superb sea views with the Cambrian coast, Harlech and a section of the Snowdonian mountain range also being within view. Access to the beach is directly opposite the house.
Criccieth is a small, unspoilt Victorian town, located on the Llyn Peninsular, 5 miles from the Snowdonia National Park. The castle and all of Criccieth’s many local amenities are all within a short stroll of the house.
Please note Glan y Mor cannot to be used for parties. The house is a terraced property in a peaceful village location with neighbours either side.
