The House offers the opportunity to satisfy many different needs in regard to corporate use.

It is the perfect "island" site where company boards and executive teams can come together in a warm but professional environment and really focus on the matters at hand. With an elegant boardroom table for 14, and our two stylish lounges operating as break-out spaces, important decisions can be discussed and taken.

Relaxation can be offered at appropriate times - a brisk walk along the shore to the historic Cadboll Stone, discovering the art of falconry or even a tasting of one of our rare expressions - ensuring that engagement remains high.

Sometimes, you just need to say thank you to your staff for a job well done. With 9 beautifully appointed rooms, an elegant dining room, a renowned team of chefs and a larder filled with wonderful local produce, we can create a beautiful evening that everyone will remember for years to come.

Alternatively, you may need to break down some barriers between teams - what better way than by using activities to get staff talking, laughing and sharing experiences. From Highland Games through to Archery and Clay Targets, we have the space to create the perfect staff day, combined with a delicious picnic lunch or fresh steaks and seafood straight from the barbecue.

Our dining room has an intimate, welcoming atmosphere all of its own, that’s just perfect for up to 26 guests.
Two sittings rooms, both with open fires, perfect for relaxing during the day and for cocktails and drams in the evening.

No games room but a wide range of games to enjoy.
Centrally heated throughout, with open fires in both sitting rooms.
All rooms en suite. Main house: 2 doubles, 4 zip and link twin/doubles. Cottage rooms: 3 doubles.
Linen, towels, and bathrobes are all included within the rate.
All 9 bedrooms are en suite with all containing showers and baths.
Cottage rooms are ground floor, and a short walk from the main house. The house is 17th century, however, so not ideal for disabled guests.
Cots, high chairs and babysitting can all be arranged. Separate meals can be prepared.
Extensive patio, perfect for entertaining. Walled garden with land art. Tree lined avenue leads to the beach.
There is no swimming pool.
Ample parking available.
No smoking throughout.
No pets allowed with the exception of guide dogs.


Situated on the Tarbet Peninsula, overlooking the Moray Firth.
Situated only 15 minutes from the Royal Burgh of Tain and Glenmorangie Distillery.
A wide range of shops are available in Tain and Dornoch.
Nearest pub is 5 minutes drive/15 minutes walk.
