The approach to the property shows off its lovely location in 5 acres of beautiful grounds and gardens. There is a very elegant drawing room with huge original windows, high ceilings and a welcoming open fire. A lovely bespoke kitchen with feature curved island and traditional range leads into the second lounge, a spacious room with lots of comfortable sofas and a sizeable wall mounted fish tank. The formal dining room is perfect for a special celebration meal, which could be arranged to be created and served by a private chef. A home cinema and games room offer lots of fun and entertainment options for a mixed age gathering.
The outside courtyard can be accessed though French doors from the lounge, an enclosed central sociable area with outside dining and a luxurious swim spa and lounge seating on a private deck. The grounds, gardens and paddocks are peaceful spots for family picnics and exploring, to exercise the dog and allow the kids to expend some excess energy.
The accommodation offers king sized beds including 2 romantic 4 posters. 2 of the rooms also have bunk beds making them just right for the needs of young families. The 10 bedrooms are all individually styled with beautiful decor and classic soft furnishings as well as pretty views from yet more large windows. 7 of them have contemporary en suite facilities with roll top baths and or showers. There is also a shared family bathroom and ground floor his and hers cloakroom.
There are a number of local attractions if you can tear yourselves away from Glentworth Hall. Gainsborough is a short drive away, a historic market town with its own heritage centre. Lincoln is a pretty town to visit, full of winding cobbled streets and an iconic cathedral. If you fancy a walk at the beach, head to Grimsby for a blow on Cleethorpes Beach and fresh fish and chips for supper.
