Gloucester Close House is a large modern detached property situated in a quiet cul de sac, just a short distance from the busy market town of Nuneaton. It is a great place to gather friends, family and business groups in a very central location with easy access to major transport links.

This house is the perfect base for those looking to explore attractions such as Riversley Park or Nuneaton Museum. Further afield, Coventry Motor Museum, Kenilworth Castle or The National Exhibition Centre are only a 30 minute drive. The town of Rugby is also within easy reach, known for Swift Valley Country Park and Rugby Art Gallery And Museum. Nuneaton offers a good range of pubs, restaurants and cafes, just a few minutes away in the car.

The living space at Nuneaton House is light, airy and spacious. The large lounge is ideal for socialising, relaxing on comfy sofas, watching a film, playing a board game or having a catch up. The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen is set up for preparing a meal to be shared in the dining room or on the al fresco furniture outside. It is possible to ask for caterers to come in and cook for a special occasion or celebration.

The garden is one of the highlights at Nuneaton House. There is a good sized lawn area for the youngsters to run around and burn off excess energy while the adults look on with a well earned coffee or glass of wine. This is a great spot for chilling out on a warm summer evening and firing up the barbecue.

Bedroom accommodation is a handy mix of kings, doubles, twins and a single so caters for individual preferences in the group. Decor is stylish and tasteful with luxury soft furnishings and garden views through big windows. Facilities are plentiful comprising 2 family bathrooms and a ground floor WC all kitted out with contemporary fixtures and fittings.

Nuneaton has an Asda, Sainsbury's and Supermarket Express, 6 minutes drive from the house. There is a Co-op and Boots just a 5 min walk away on Conniston Drive.

Booking Information

Extra guests £30pppn. Self check in 3pm to 10pm key box. Check out by 10am. No loud music after 10pm. No smoking. No parties. No pets. A £500 refundable security deposit is required. All guests must sign the terms and conditions.
