## About The Property

We have 21 boutique-style apartments, sleeping from 2 to 50 people.

We also have a Victorian town house sleeping 14 people.

All apartments (except one of the studios) have additional sofa beds, some single, some double.

The apartments are in very close proximity to each other - some sharing the same exterior door and stairwell - allowing guests a unique group experience in the heart of York City centre. Please call us to discuss a configuration which would suit your needs. Discounts available for groups booking multiple apartments. Bennett House, is also available for groups wishing to share the same facilities under one roof.

Our apartments are located just by the entrance to Monk Bar and the Richard III Experience, in a Grade II listed building. York Minster is only a couple of minutes’ walk away, with a large choice of excellent bars, restaurants and shops on our doorstep.

Whether you wish to shop till you drop or simply relax in comfortable surroundings, Goodramgate Apartments is a great choice for weekend city breaks with friends and family. With very easy access to the excitement of the city, but also offering the option to simply get away from it all and enjoy the cosy surroundings of our boutique-style apartments, we can offer a home-from-home experience with comfortable accommodation and a touch of luxury.

Guests are welcome to cook for themselves in our modern, well-appointed kitchens.

Coming for a special occasion? We offer a variety of hampers and gifts to be in your apartment upon arival to give your special occasion that little extra something. 

Our buildings are Grade II listed and over a hundred years old, adding to the character and charm of the properties. Although this does mean that some rooms have slightly uneven floors - please be aware if you have mobility issues.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate pets.
- **Accessibility:** We have a range of ground floor apartments with large walk-in showers. Please call for more info as some apartments have flights of stairs.
- **WiFi:** All apartments have free WiFi.
- **Kitchen:** All our apartments have fully equipped kitchens with oven, hob, fridge freezer and microwave.
- **Dining Room:** The apartments have a range of different dining areas available. Bennett House has a large open plan kitchen/dining room ideal for large parties.
- **Sitting Room:** The apartments have a range of different sitting rooms available, depending on the size you choose.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** All apartments have free WiFi and LCD TV. Bennett House has a music player with iPod dock.
- **Games Room:** Our apartments do not have a games rooms. There are plenty of places to sit and relax.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Fully thermostatically controlled gas central heating, combination boiler with unlimited hot water.
- **Bedrooms:** All with king size beds. Most apartments also have extra sofa beds.
- **Linen:** Linen, towels and toiletries are all included.
- **Bathrooms:** Apartments have large walk-in showers, toilets, washbasins and unlimited hot water.
- **Children's Facilities:** Children's cots and high chairs can be provided (charge applies). No restraints or bedding are supplied - please bring your own.
- **Outdoor:** Some apartments have patios and decked areas. Please call to find the apartment to suit your group.
- **Swimming Pool:** Our apartments do not have a swimming pool. York has public facilities.
- **Parking:** We do not have parking on the premises, however public parking is close by and permits can be purchased at a discount rate from our reception.
- **Smoking:** Our apartments are non smoking throughout, outside areas are available for smokers.
