Oak Lodge sleeps 2 (+ 1), and being on one level it may be suitable for wheelchair users. The properties are located on the edge of the South Downs National Park within walking distance of Goodwood House, Hotel, Golf Course and Spa. It is a 15 minute drive to the coast and the beautiful Wittering beaches and harbour walks. London is just 60 miles away making this an excellent choice for a weekend away with friends. Goodwood Oak House and Lodge are located in a small hamlet of about 20 houses on a quiet country lane between Boxgrove and Lavant. There is plenty of car parking space and a large secure garden with swings and an 8ft paddling pool for younger children. The west facing garden also has new comfortable rattan furniture in the patio area, a large parasol and a fire pit for eating al fresco. We welcome dogs in the Lodge only by prior arrangement for a small charge. We regret that Oak House is not suitable for Hen or Stag parties. ## Facilities - **WiFi:** WiFi in all areas of the house. - **Accessibility:** The Lodge is one level and many wheelchair guests have stayed here. - **Dog Friendly:** By prior arrangement in Lodge. - **Kitchen:** Large open plan kitchen with Aga, 4 ring hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, Nespresso. Dining seating up to 12 .TV area with sofa &arm chair - **Dining Room:** Separate cosy dining room seating up to 8. Ideal for adults to dine away from the children. - **Sitting Room:** Beautiful large triple aspect sitting room overlooking the front and rear gardens with large open log fire and Steinway grand piano. 2 large sofas. - **TV and Music Facilities:** 3 TV rooms and TV in master bedroom. Freeview and Netflix available in all. Transportable speaker for playing music from iPhone/iPad. - **Games Room:** Children's room with TV, DVDs and games.. For the summer there is an 8ft paddling pool for children plus full size croquet, boules & badminton - **Heating and Open Fires:** Radiators in all rooms and large open log fire in sitting room with fire guard - ample evergreen oak logs stacked in garden. 3 zone central heating. - **Bedrooms:** Super king en suite, king en suite, double, queen with hand basin, twin room with hand basin.
