Goonwinnow Farm Holiday Cottages are set in tranquil farmland, just a mile from the main A30 giving easy access for exploring Cornwall’s treasures, and within easy reach of the stunning north coast beaches and many other attractions.

Extensive grounds provide plenty of room for dog walking, exploring, play as well as ample parking. Four of the cottages have their own private hot tub - perfect for relaxing after a busy day.

Each converted barn retains character features such as exposed beams and vaulted ceilings as well as the original water wheel on the Wheel House. Modern facilities and contemporary décor blend seamlessly with these original features to create a relaxed and comfortable environment for your holiday. Wheel House & Mill House both have plenty of room for a large group to come together for meals and to relax, with extra tables available to suit your group size for celebratory dinners.

Well behaved dogs are very welcome with prior notice. Usually up to 2 per property but happy to discuss.

Kitchens are all well equipped with good sized fridge freezers and dishwashers in all but the smallest studio. White crockery, plenty of glassware.

Dining Room

Extending dining tables to fit your group size. Additional trestle tables available to create even more space to get everyone together.

Sitting Room

Open plan living/dining areas making the spaces perfect for socialising.

TV and Music Facilities

Internet-enabled Smart TVs for online streaming services plus bluetooth portable speaker and USB charging hub.

Games Room

Open sided stone barn with table tennis, pool table, foosball table.

Heating and Open Fires

Wood burners (logs provided) in four of the cottages make them super cosy in winter.

Bedrooms

Mainly double bedrooms with zip link beds (superkings or twins), two bunk rooms and each of the one bedroom cottages have superking + sofabed.

Linen

Large Egyptian cotton bath sheets and beds crisp white cotton linen mean you're sure to wake relaxed and refreshed. Hot tub towels also provided.

Bathrooms

A variety of bathrooms from WC only to standard bath+shower and cubicles, to double soaker tub and chromotherapy steam cabinet. See each cottage info.

Children's Facilities

Stair gates fitted as standard. High chairs and travel cots provided free of charge on request.

Outdoor

Garden furniture for al fresco dining, deck chairs for sun lounging and kettle barbecues all provided.

Swimming Pool

There is no pool.

Parking

Ample parking directly outside each cottage.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the properties or the games room.
