The design of the lodge is open plan with an extra large fully equipped kitchen, great sociable dining with a feature vaulted ceiling and comfortable lounges with cosy wood burners and semi circular bar perfect for a pre-dinner drink or night cap. Extra space can be found in the conservatory atrium, which is a lovely light room with French doors opening onto a terrace, perfect for barbecues and evening drinks. Relax in the hot tub after an activity filled day and plan the next day's adventures exploring this undiscovered area. Enjoy family fun over a game of pool, or watch a movie on the large home cinema screen with luxury tiered seating. The energetic in your group can head to the home gym for a workout. Bedrooms are configured as kings, triples and a twin in the lodge. All bedrooms are newly refurbished and individually decorated, spacious with attractive soft furnishings and stylish en suite facilities. The Pen and The Rookery are fully self contained annexes with living areas and king size en suites, a consideration for anyone in the group after a little privacy. These can be added as an extra and are only available to guests booking the main house so you will have sole use of the property. There is a great array of wildlife to watch at the lodge A shoot experience can be booked by prior arrangement at Brandon Wood clay pigeon shoot depending on experience. Guests can fish the lakes with their own equipment and licence on condition that all fish are returned to the lake unharmed. Lincoln has a Medieval Cathedral, castle and galleries. And there are lots of local walks. The Rookery sleeps 4 made up of double ensuite bedroom and king sofa bed in kitchen / dining area.
