A truly unique property with a big 'wow' factor! This converted church is a beautiful, unique property with lots of large and interesting entertaining spaces making it perfect for celebrations, retreats, yoga groups or family get-togethers. This is also a great setting for team building events for corporate groups. There is a huge 44 ft fully fitted modern kitchen / breakfast room large enough for the whole group, and a stunning living room with huge central wood burner. Dining is in the banqueting gallery (seats 14) with magnificent original stained glass windows. Upstairs are three bedrooms as well as a sitting room and a beautiful newly fitted bathroom with a shower and luxurious slipper bath. Downstairs are three more bedrooms, one of which doubles as a cinema room with wood panelling and a 75 inch smart TV for cosy film nights. There are also two fabulous newly remodelled bathrooms. Set on the edge of the village of East Horrington, overlooking rolling countryside and the Mendip hills, the Church is two miles from the timeless city of Wells with its Cathedral and quaint cobbled streets. There are shops, pubs and fine restaurants, as well as take-aways and a wonderful market each week on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Just a few miles away are Glastonbury (3m), Cheddar Gorge (6m), Wookey Hole (10m) and the Clarks designer shopping village (4m). The chic and cosmopolitan cities of Bath and Bristol are just 17 miles away. There are many countryside activities and some of the most attractive walks in the south west are just on the doorstep. (March 2026) - **WiFi:** WiFi available. - **Kitchen:** Modern, fully fitted, 44ft kitchen/breakfast room. Microwave, toaster, tall fridge, tall fridge freezer, dishwasher.
