Families and friends groups, as well as groups from churches and other organisations, are welcome, but please note that we do not accept hens, stags or single sex groups. If you wish to hold a family celebration here, please get in touch with details.
Groups will have sole occupancy of their accommodation building or the bell tents. However, it is a shared site; other groups may be taking part in activities or occupying separate accommodation buildings during your stay.
For youth groups and organisations, the main centre buildings have leader bedrooms near to dormitories for easy night time supervision. There is a comfortable lounge room in each, with WiFi, TV and access to tea/coffee/fridge/microwave. Buildings offer wheelchair access, along with a wet room and a lift.
Also available to groups staying in either the centre buildings or the bell tent village are a large dining room, fully equipped kitchen and space for presentations/meetings and a separate common room space with comfortable seating. Catering is available, from B&B to a fully catered service.
Activities can be provided at an additional cost to include a high ropes course, low ropes, climbing wall, mountain biking track, archery, bushcraft and orienteering. Watersports are also offered and reservoir walks can be enjoyed. There are playing fields, picnic areas, camp fire pits and woodlands to explore. When you’re in need of relaxation off site, there’s a pub within 5 minutes’ walk of the centre.
