## About The Property

Welcome to The Granary.

Only a few winters ago the cows and calves enjoyed the comfort of The Old Granary, now you to can enjoy the luxury of the Granary. Set in the Exmoor National Park close to the old West Somerset Mineral Line on the Brendon Hills, this beautiful Granary is nestled in its’ own tranquil valley surrounded by 450 acres of Exmoor farm and woodland.

The 18th century Granary offers eight luxurious en-suite double or twin rooms spread across three floors around the vaulted double height living area, you can settle in around the wood burner, at the end of a day exploring Exmoor.

The environmentally friendly straw burner ensures a cosy stay and plenty of piping hot water. The Granary has its own lawned gardens, complete with enticing hot tub.

We hope you will be able to relax and enjoy the comfort and luxury The Granary has to offer.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** No Pets in the Granary.
- **Accessibility:** We do have one disabled bedroom.
- **WiFi:** Guests have full use of the landline and Wifi. Please note most mobiles will not work in the valley.
- **Kitchen:** One of the comments we get is how well the kitchen is equipped to cater for 16 people. With large range style cooker, fridge freezer, wine cooler.
- **Dining Room:** The centrepiece of the dining area is bespoke 16 seater dining table with matching chairs and feature lighting, great for those big party suppers!
- **Sitting Room:** With 6 large leather sofas situated around the large wood burner the living room offers both a cosy atmosphere and the space to relax.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** All the bedrooms have flat screen DVD/TVs and iPod docks as well as the Sky HD TV in the gallery. There is also a Sony Giga Duke for your music needs.
- **Games Room:** The Games room has a slate pool table, darts board and table skittles.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Heating for the barn and hot tub is provided by our Biomass burner. With the large wood burner and full central heating winter evening are never cold.
- **Bedrooms:** 8 double en-suite bedrooms with 3 being available as twins. All rooms have TVs, fridges, iPod alarm clocks and hair driers.
- **Linen:** All bedrooms and bathrooms have crisp white linen and fluffy white towels. Extra coloured towels are provided for use in the hot tub.
- **Bathrooms:** Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with either a shower, bath or both. They are also supplied with complimentary toiletries.
- **Children's Facilities:** The Granary is set within its own grounds that children can enjoy. There is also an adventure play set in the garden.
- **Outdoor:** The hot tub is right outside and has a large decking area with a full set of wooden chairs and tables for guests to use.
- **Swimming Pool:** Granary guests can share our outdoor swimming pool.
- **Parking:** There is parking for up to 10 cars.
- **Smoking:** No Smoking.
