The cottages can be booked all together sleeping 12, which includes the large garden. The perfect meeting place for north/south get togethers. Ideal for celebration groups. Perfect family get togethers, your own cottage but the large communal garden to enjoy together. The barn conversion cottages are situated on our working farm. Each comprises an upstairs galleried bedroom with kingsize bed and a downstairs twin, and an open plan kitchen with breakfast bar and living area. Patio doors with stunning views open onto a private garden with a picnic bench table. There is a large grassed area perfect for games, football or just to relax, and plenty of tarmac for children to play (pedal toys are provided and chalkboards). There are lots of great family days out nearby. Activities can be arranged such as spa days, pottery classes as well as jewellery making, cocktail classes, fascinator making - all here on site. Each cottage has leaflets with ideas for days out. Owner is on site and happy to help with queries and can provide details of local group activities. We are well placed for local wedding venues; The Oaks, Bunnyhill, Riverlands, East Yorkshire and Howden. We are very well located for business with Howden, Drax, Brough, Selby, Doncaster & Goole all close by. York (30 minute drive/20 mins to Park & Ride bus at McArthur Glen), Leeds, Beverley, Hull, Doncaster, Selby are all less than an hours drive away. The beach at Bridlington is just 1 hours drive away. The large farmhouse sleeping 14 is set next door (listed separately on this site too). This property is set over 3 floors and includes 7 bedrooms (3 en suite), dining room for 14, fire pit, pool table and hot tub. Large patio area and outside dining also for 14.
