Gray Manes is perfect for large gatherings of family and friends. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility in a peaceful rural setting, this lovely detached blue lias stone house is for you. Situated in an outstanding location and accessed from a quiet country lane, the house is surrounded by farmland and beautiful views, it stands in its own land of just under two acres.

The facilities are superb: exclusive use of a large heated indoor pool with changing facilities, a games room with pool table, air hockey and table football. The children's play area has a climbing frame and trampoline, and in summer we provide badminton and croquet sets, football nets and outdoor table tennis - plenty to keep everyone entertained.

The large patio is just great for al fresco dining, looking out over the garden to distant views. There is a large gas barbecue and all the garden furniture you need.

Gray Manes has large entertaining and dining areas equipped with everything you need for a truly memorable stay. The heart of the house is the fabulous 27ft sitting room, blending rich leather with mellow oak. The large stone inglenook fireplace with wood burner and the patio doors make this room a place to celebrate whatever the season.

This beautifully furnished house will sleep 12 adults plus 2 children in comfort in 6 bedrooms each with its own bathroom/shower room and TV.

Gray Manes is in the traditional Somerset hamlet of Low Ham. Tucked away from main roads and accessed by quiet country lanes, Low Ham is spoilt for choice of places nearby to visit including Glastonbury, Wells and Street to name but a few. The small historic towns of Langport and Somerton are just a few miles away, both providing a good choice of pubs, restaurants and tea houses.

- **TV and Music Facilities:** 42” plasma TV with Sky in drawing room Blue Ray DVD player, all bedrooms have TVs, TV/DVD player in toddlers playroom, music system and iPod dock.
- **Games Room:** Large games room with TV, pool table, air hockey table and table football. Comfy sofas and a small fridge for beers.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Modern central heating throughout, heated towel rails, log burner in drawing room all logs provided.
- **Bedrooms:** 6 double bedrooms all with TV & own bathroom. All beds are zip and link so each room can be configured as super king or twin dependant on preference.
- **Linen:** Quality Egyptian cotton linen, duvets, bathrobes and towels are provided, swimming towels are also provided for the pool.
- **Bathrooms:** Five shower rooms, one bathroom with fabulous roll top bath. Tiled with travertine, all have heated towel rails and shaver points.
- **Children's Facilities:** Games room - air hockey, pool table, toddlers playroom with TV/DVD player, suitable toy boxes, wide range of baby and toddler equipment to borrow.
- **Outdoor:** Wonderful enclosed grounds with children's climbing frame, trampoline and outdoor games. Large patio with gas barbecue and garden furniture.
