Five barns in a delightful countryside setting designed to accommodate a range of guests. Rent one or rent them all for a large family gathering or get together with friends. Unwind in the embrace of quirky and stylish barns deep in nature's beauty.

Great Barn Farm offers the perfect base to explore Norfolk's stunning countryside, woodlands and beautiful beaches as well as the characterful towns and activities for all. 

The Barns are all self-catering and sleep the following number of guests:

The Farmhouse sleeps 16 - 2 double rooms 3 double or twin and a 6 bed bunk room, perfect for friends or family to stay together

The Cattle Sheds sleeps 10 - unique 5 bedroom property

The Stables sleeps 4 - 2 bedrooms, perfect for a family retreat

The Piggery sleeps 4 - another perfect family retreat with 2 bedrooms, The Tack Rooms sleeps 2 - spacious accommodation for 2, or a couple with a young child

Whether you are looking for the perfect family getaway, a couple’s retreat or planning on having a celebration and require a group booking, Great Barn Farm self-catering accommodation in Norfolk has everything you need, including our indoor heated pool, steam room and Jacuzzi spa!

 

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Up to 2 dogs are allowed in the Cattle Shed and Farmhouse but not in the other barns. A small charge is made per dog.
- **Accessibility:** Limited disabled access. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
- **WiFi:** Free WiFi. Good mobile signal available on most networks.
- **Kitchen:** Kitchens at our barns are unusual in design, well equipped and great fun. Museum cupboards, school lab worktops, OSB and concrete has all been used.
- **Dining Room:** Each barn has it's own dining area, the larger barns able to accommodate bigger numbers. Each barn has it's own private outside dining space too.
- **Sitting Room:** Relaxing sitting rooms within each barn are perfect places to unwind.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TVs, DVD and Freeview is available in all barn living areas. Most bedrooms have Freeview TVs.
- **Games Room:** There is a small barn for exclusive us with The Cattle Shed which has table football and table tennis.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Wood burners are installed in The Tack Room, The Piggery and The Stables. All barns have underfloor heating throughout heated by a biomass boiler.
- **Bedrooms:** There are in total 14 double rooms (7 can be made into twin rooms), 2 bunk bed rooms for 2 and 6 respectively (adult sized). Cots provided on request.
- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels for the room will be provided. We would ask guests to bring their own swimming towels if they wish to use the indoor pool.
- **Bathrooms:** All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Most are ensuite. Where not ensuite all have their own designated bathroom next door or close by.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cots and high chairs can be provided if required.
- **Outdoor:** All barns have a grassed area and a patio area with outdoor furniture and barbecues (until 31st Oct). The Farmhouse has a large private garden.
- **Swimming Pool:** The Sheep Dip is our indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and steam room. The water is a constant 28 to 29 degrees, as is the building.
- **Parking:** Plenty of private, off-road parking available for all barns.
- **Smoking:** No smoking permitted.

## Booking Information

- Cattle Shed: £2900 – £4500 per week. 3 night w/end or 4 nights midweek: £2030 – £3150. We have a number of different properties which can be booked together or singly. 
- 
- The Farmhouse is available for weekend stays only, with the potential of adding one extra night at the beginning or end of the weekend. Prices range from £3248 – £5040.
