## About The Property

The Barns have been converted into a range of accommodation offering versatile spaces suitable for a variety of business needs. There is a large open plan space for meetings and conferences as well as a range of smaller group spaces ideal for break out sessions.

The Barns are designed to create a feeling of openness and calm to provide the mental space required for business planning and strategy. Great Barn Farm comprises 5 properties housing 16 bedrooms between them. The rooms can accommodate 36 guests in shared rooms or 16 guests in single occupancy rooms. Every room has the benefit of either an en suite or a private bathroom. Each property at Great Barn Farm has living and dining spaces as well as fully equipped kitchens.

If catering is required we can put you in touch with excellent local caterers who can provide services to suit your needs, from the occasional evening meal to full days catering through your stay.

All the barns have an outdoor area with seating and barbecue. The Cattle Shed has a separate games room with table tennis and table football. The Farmhouse has a very large garden with lawn and tennis court. 

The Cattle Shed and Farmhouse can seat large groups in a board room style or to eat together. When its time to relax, Great Barn Farm has a fabulous indoor pool with steam room and Jacuzzi exclusively available for guests.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Up to 2 dogs are allowed in the Cattle Shed and Farmhouse but not in the other barns. A small charge is made per dog.
- **Accessibility:** Limited disabled access. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.
- **WiFi:** Free WiFi. Good mobile signal available on most networks.
- **Kitchen:** Kitchens at our barns are unusual in design, well equipped and great fun. Museum cupboards, school lab worktops, OSB and concrete has all been used.
- **Dining Room:** Each barn has it's own dining area, the larger barns able to accommodate bigger numbers. Each barn has it's own private outside dining space too.
- **Sitting Room:** Relaxing sitting rooms within each barn are perfect places to unwind.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TVs, DVD and Freeview is available in all barn living areas. Most bedrooms have Freeview TVs.
- **Games Room:** There is a small barn for exclusive us with The Cattle Shed which has table football and table tennis.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Wood burners are installed in The Tack Room, The Piggery and The Stables. All barns have underfloor heating throughout heated by a biomass boiler.
- **Bedrooms:** There are in total 14 double rooms (7 can be made into twin rooms), 2 bunk bed rooms for 2 and 6 respectively (adult sized). Cots provided on request.
- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels for the room will be provided. We would ask guests to bring their own swimming towels if they wish to use the indoor pool.
- **Bathrooms:** All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. Most are ensuite. Where not ensuite all have their own designated bathroom next door or close by.
- **Children's Facilities:** Cots and high chairs can be provided if required.
- **Outdoor:** All barns have a grassed area and a patio area with outdoor furniture and barbecues (until 31st Oct). The Farmhouse has a large private garden.
- **Swimming Pool:** The Sheep Dip is our indoor swimming pool with Jacuzzi and steam room. The water is a constant 28 to 29 degrees, as is the building.
- **Parking:** Plenty of private, off-road parking available for all barns.
- **Smoking:** No smoking permitted.

## Booking Information

- Cattle Shed: £2900 – £4500 per week. 3 night w/end or 4 nights midweek: £2030 – £3150. We have a number of different properties which can be booked together or singly. 
- 
- The Farmhouse is available for weekend stays only, with the potential of adding one extra night at the beginning or end of the weekend. Prices range from £3248 – £5040.
