This stunning estate is made up of the main manor house, an annex flat and 5 separate cottages, all of these being within a 20m range from each other.

The manor house dates back to the 13th century and was used by the Crusaders as a stopover on their journey to Europe. It is full of charm and history, and is furnished with top quality furnishings.

The downstairs of the manor house consists of a dining room, lounge, formal morning room, large kitchen, and sitting room with a genuine fire place. Upstairs it boasts beautiful light fixtures, 6 double bedrooms and 3 luxury bathrooms.

Attached to the house is a large games room with seating and a pool table. This leads into a fully equipped gym, leading in turn into the indoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The annex flat, situated above the pool, boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

There is plenty of outdoor space with seating areas in the gardens surrounding the house. This estate also boasts the second deepest well in Kent with a depth of over 100 metres. This is, of course, grated for safety reasons.

To the back of the manor house lies the floodlit tennis court, equipment is provided.
