The entrance hallway leads into a handcrafted, oak kitchen with a large dining table to seat 10 people. The sitting room has homely features including a log burner and a picture window looking down the Severn valley. The adjacent conservatory is a bright room with beautiful views of the garden and countryside beyond.
There are five bedrooms in total, one twin on the ground floor, 2 doubles and a king-size bedroom upstairs and another king-size in the annex. There are two full bathrooms, a downstairs cloakroom and a wash hand basin in two of the upstairs rooms.
The detached garage has been converted to a games room, accommodating a full-size snooker table, dart board and alternative chill out area. Upstairs there is a large bedroom suite with a king-size bed, tea and coffee making facilities, TV with Freesat, telescope to study the night sky through the skylight windows and adjacent bathroom.
The large, tranquil garden is well established with flowering borders, lawns and an orchard. The six-person hot tub is positioned in a shaded area of the garden and provides a perfect place to relax. There are many beautiful walks in the area, with part of the Severn Way walk running alongside the adjacent field.
