## About The Property

We have renovated The Green Man to create a stunning unique self catering venue which is a similar concept to our ever popular property called The Crewe & Harpur.

We also know that one of the most important aspects of a group booking is to be able to comfortably dine and socialise together. The spacious dining room meets these requirement easily also offering flexible layouts depending on guest numbers.

We have fitted a designer kitchen with granite work surfaces, American fridge/freezer and all mod cons and equipment so that you can easily cater for large groups.

There is lots of communal space for you to enjoy for large social gatherings, and for added entertainment we have included a 72 inch flat screen TV, and a games room with pool table and dart board.

We know that all groups have different needs and therefore we have designed The Green Man to offer flexible accommodation for groups of up to 34 guests (you can actually sleep up to 40 if you are family group with children). There are 13 spacious bedrooms, one of which is a compact room with one single bed. All bedrooms are individually designed and decorated, and most can be doubles or twins. There are plenty of recently fitted bathrooms with en suites too.

Outside there is a patio with barbecue area, a private garden and ample parking. Plus 7kw smart EV charging point

The Green Man is located on the southern tip of the Peak District with brilliant access, within 10 minutes drive to Alton Towers, Dovedale, Ashbourne, Leek, Uttoxeter Races, Illam and Hartington.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** We welcome pets but only by prior arrangement.
- **Accessibility:** None. There are 2 ground floor en suite bedrooms. Please note the ground floor is on split levels.
- **WiFi:** Free Wi-Fi.
- **Kitchen:** There is a designer fitted kitchen with double oven, American fridge/freezer and all mod cons and equipment so you can easily cater for large groups.
- **Dining Room:** We know that one of the most important aspects of a group holiday is to be able to comfortably dine together. We can offer ample dining for 36.
- **Sitting Room:** A cosy sitting room offers an ideal area for you to chill out and read a paper.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a 72 inch TV situated in the dining room which converts into a great cinema room.
- **Games Room:** Superb games room with pool table and dart board.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** There is a log burner in the bar area - 1 x basket of complimentary logs
- **Bedrooms:** 13 bedrooms which are all designed to offer flexible accommodation. Choice of twins/doubles and some with extra bunk beds or sofabed and 1 single room
- **Linen:** Towels and linen included.
- **Bathrooms:** There are 9 en suite and two shared bathrooms, all recently fitted to a high standard.
- **Children's Facilities:** Child/family friendly accommodation - cots/high chairs available. The property is so spacious there is plenty of space to run around inside and out.
- **Outdoor:** Enclosed garden and patio area with barbecue facility.
- **Parking:** Private parking for 30 cars.
- **Smoking:** Please no smoking inside the house.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** Located near to the side entrance of the property
