In a small village setting, this is a great option for holidays or celebrations, with the choice of lodges with 2 or 3 bedrooms plus a charming one bedroom cottage with its own private hot tub making the venue particularly suitable for mixed gatherings. A highlight of any lodge stay is the private leisure suite experience. Guests can book exclusive time slots in the 6 person hot tub and 3 person sauna, the perfect opportunity to unwind after a day spent exploring. Whether just relaxing or easing tired muscles after a long walk, these facilities add a touch of luxury to every stay. And there's bags of outside space and seating for a picnic or barbecue too. For guests travelling with dogs, the surrounding countryside offers excellent walking routes, including access to the Cumbria Way and nearby riverside paths. There's also a fully enclosed dog exercise area on site for some safe off-lead freedom. Car park and lodge entrances are illuminated at night. - **Hot Tub:** A shared 6 person hot tub is available for the lodges on a pre book basis. The cottage has its own private hot tub. - **WiFi:** WiFi throughout. - **Sauna:** A 3 person sauna is available on a pre book basis. - **Dining Room:** Inside and outside dining for the number of guests staying in each lodge. There is plenty of room outside for larger groups to share a barbecue. - **Kitchen:** Lodges have fully equipped kitchens and a washer and dryer. Cottage also has a well equipped kitchen with washing machine. - **Sitting Room:** Comfy seating and a Smart TV in each. - **Outdoor:** Lawn space outside. Outside decks and seating areas.
