Greens Norton House is a beautiful farmhouse set in 2.5 acres of lush gardens with stunning views over the surrounding fields. This holiday house near Towcester is located just outside the pretty village of Greens Norton where there is a good pub, village shop, local butchers.

This spacious holiday home is perfect for family gatherings, girls getaways, special occasion weekends and corporate retreats.

The outdoor facilities include a 6 seater hot tub, terrace with plenty of room for al fresco dining and garden games.

The house itself is spacious with a large living room, separate snug and morning room, plus a well-equipped kitchen with utility room and a huge dining room with table to seat up to 28.

The main house sleeps up to 18 guests in 9 bedrooms and there is an Apartment that can be added for a supplement giving you 3 additional bedrooms. 2 of the main house bedrooms are located on the ground floor and share an accessible wet room. The first floor has 7 bedrooms, 3 en suite and a further 2 family bathrooms.

The additional apartment (accessed through the main house) can be added for a supplement giving you an additional 3 bedrooms for 7 guests. With Jay-be beds we can accommodate up to 29 guests.

Greens Norton House is just 5 miles away from Silverstone circuit so ideally located for events such as the Silverstone Grand Prix held in July and many other car events throughout the year.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** We do not accept pets.
- **Accessibility:** 2 of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor plus a shared accessible wet room. The main living areas are all on one level.
- **Hot Tub:** 6 Seater outdoor hot tub
- **WiFi:** There is free WIFI available throughout the house. The mobile reception is reasonable depending on your network.
- **Kitchen:** Oil Aga (Oct-Apr) & double electric oven. 2 dishwashers, 3 fridges, 1 freezer, microwave and plenty of baking dishes etc for up to 28 guests.
- **Dining Room:** Seats up to 28 comfortably. Enough crockery, cutlery and glassware for up to 28 plus ice buckets, serving dishes and tableware.
- **Sitting Room:** The large sitting room has 3 comfortable sofas, a large footstool plus coffee tables and side tables. Separate snug.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** The lounge has a 55-inch television. The snug also has the same facilities.
- **Games Room:** The games room has a pool table, air hockey, ring toss game and a Pac-man arcade machine.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating runs throughout the house and there are 2 log burners, 1 in the drawing room and 1 in the snug.
- **Bedrooms:** 9 bedrooms, 2 on the ground floor, plus a 3 bedroom apartment available for a supplement. Mix of s/king, king zip/link, twins. 4 JayBe beds for extras
- **Linen:** We provide all bed linen and we provide: 1 hand towel and a bath towel per person. Please bring your own hot tub towels.
- **Bathrooms:** Accessible wet room on the ground floor plus 2 WCs. The first floor has 3 en suite bathrooms plus 2 family bathrooms. +1 shower room in apartment.
- **Children's Facilities:** We can provide 2 high chairs and 2 travel cots. We have some toys, books and board games.
- **Outdoor:** 6 seater hot tub, large paddock for garden games. Large gas BBQ and a charcoal BBQ (£50 per BBQ fee for fuel and cleaning) plus terrace for dining.
- **Parking:** The driveway is large enough to accommodate 12+ cars.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the house. There are ashtrays outside for cigarette ends.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** We have a Electric Vehicle charging point - rates apply.

## Booking Information

- Prices are for 18 guests using 9 bedrooms in the main house. Supplement due for apartment.
- 
- Check-in is from 3pm, check-out is 11am.
- 
- 30% deposit upfront then balance 12 weeks prior to arrival.
- 
- Damage deposit is £1,500. £2,500 damage deposit for stag groups.
