Grove Lodge welcomes family and friends gatherings and special occasions all year round. From this holiday house in Gosport it's only a short walk into town where you can jump onto the ferry and travel over to Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays.
The house has 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 13 guests, 3 bathrooms (including an en suite to the master bedroom and an en suite for the ground floor double room) plus a handy ground floor cloakroom toilet.
The fully equipped self catering kitchen is open plan with the dining room where 12 guests can comfortably sit and dine. A separate utility room looks after the washing machine and dishwasher.
Once dinner has been cleared the dining table converts to a table tennis or pool table to keep the whole family entertained for hours.
The living room, off the main centre hallway, offers a large corner sofa, plus a separate smaller sofa and a smart flat screen TV, perfect for sitting and relaxing into the evening.
The conservatory looks out into the garden and is the perfect place to escape for a quiet coffee and a read.
The front garden is mainly paved with space for 4-5 medium sized cars to be parked safely off road. The rear garden is well laid out with a patio, lawn and mature shrub planting. There's also a summer house, a child’s Wendy House and a water feature (covered for safety). There's the option of hiring in a hot tub, to be placed in the garden, if desired (conditions and charges apply).
