From this holiday house in Gosport it's only a short walk into town where you can jump onto the ferry and travel over to Portsmouth and Gunwharf Quays. The house has 5 bedrooms sleeping up to 13 guests, 3 bathrooms (including an en suite to the master bedroom and an en suite for the ground floor double room) plus a handy ground floor cloakroom toilet. The fully equipped self catering kitchen is open plan with the dining room where 12 guests can comfortably sit and dine. A separate utility room looks after the washing machine and dishwasher. Once dinner has been cleared the dining table converts to a table tennis or pool table to keep the whole family entertained for hours. The living room, off the main centre hallway, offers a large corner sofa, plus a separate smaller sofa and a smart flat screen TV, perfect for sitting and relaxing into the evening. The conservatory looks out into the garden and is the perfect place to escape for a quiet coffee and a read. The front garden is mainly paved with space for 4-5 medium sized cars to be parked safely off road. The rear garden is well laid out with a patio, lawn and mature shrub planting. There's also a summer house, a child’s Wendy House and a water feature (covered for safety). There's the option of hiring in a hot tub, to be placed in the garden, if desired (conditions and charges apply). ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Grove Lodge is pet friendly and welcomes up to 3 well behaved 4 legged friends at a cost of £25 each per dog, per week/part week. - **Accessibility:** Not designed for wheelchair access, but there is an en suite ground floor bedroom. - **Hot Tub:** You can hire in at an additional cost a hot tub from our hot tub suppliers - please enquire. - **WiFi:** WiFi is provided at no extra cost. - **Games Room:** There's no separate games room, but the dining table converts to either a pool table or table tennis. - **Linen:** Superior quality crisp white cotton bed linen and fresh white towels for each guest provided plus a mid term cleaning service is available. - **Children's Facilities:** Stair gates, travel cots and high chairs are available on request at no extra charge but guests are requested to bring their own bedding for cots. - **Parking:** There is parking for up to 4-5 medium sized cars within the front drive and unrestricted on road parking to the front of the property. - **Smoking:** For the comfort of others smoking is not permitted within our properties so please refrain from smoking indoors. ## Rental Rates ### Headline rates - From **£1042** per week - From **£900** for a 3-night weekend - From **£900** for a 2-night weekend ## Booking Information - Our prices vary throughout the year so please feel free to contact us with your requested dates so we can provide you with an accurate cost. - - Our prices are for up to 13 guests over 5 bedrooms within superior quality king size ‘zip and link’ double beds (which can separate to create 2 singles if requested), plus additional single and bunk beds, made up with crisp white cotton linen and fresh white towels. - - Child cots and highchairs are also available at no extra cost.
