If your party is not quite that large, you can simply reduce the number of cottages on the booking and rates will be adjusted. The three cottages include... Gulliver - a large stone built lakefront 6 bedroom holiday cottage near Callington, with a large sunny conservatory, an oak floored lounge with wood burner for those chilly winter evenings and a large kitchen / dining room with seating for up to 20. The kitchen is well equipped with a range cooker, large fridge and separate freezer. Lakeside right next door to Gulliver, Lakeside has 3 bedrooms (double, twin and single) sleeping up to 5. There are 2 shower rooms, a fully fitted kitchen and hot tub. Owls Roost has 1 bedroom and sleeps 2. This cottage is particularly useful if you have any less mobile guests as there are no steps & it has direct access (via 1 single step) to the main cottage. There is a fully fitted kitchen, wood burner, hot tub and en suite shower room. With fast WiFi, tons of space high quality cotton bedding, to a pool, games room and fishing, we feel we have it covered at Trehill Cottages. Situated in 4 very sunny acres with views over the Cornish countryside, we have so much to do on site. There are 4 delightful acres of ponds, grass, play areas as well as the games room and outdoor pool (summer only): - Hot tubs - Free on site fishing - Games room - Children's play areas - Outdoor pool (summer only) We welcome short breaks of 2 nights or more from September to June outside of school holidays, 4 nights minimum over Christmas and New Year. Short breaks cannot be booked during main school holidays. Regrettably we cannot accept pets. If golf is your game, in addition to the good value packages at China Fleet, we can also arrange rounds at the superb St Mellion club (just 2 miles down the road). There are great pubs and restaurants nearby, with good road links to beaches and Cornwall's main attractions. We are especially proud that our local restaurant at Crocodon Farm has been awarded its first Michelin Star, just 12 months after opening. And if your group is larger, there are other cottages available on the same site - please do ask. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Sorry but we do not accept pets. - **Accessibility:** Gulliver has steps. - **Hot Tub:** Private hot tub available at extra charge of £80/week or £60 for short breaks. If you add the additional smaller cottages, they also have hot tubs. - **WiFi:** WiFi is free and fast. - **Kitchen:** High quality fully fitted kitchens all with dishwasher and washing machine, and a large range cooker. Seats up to 20. - **Dining Room:** Gulliver has a huge table seating up to 20. - **Sitting Room:** Good sized lounge with quality sofas. Gulliver has a huge sitting room, with fireplace, and a sunny conservatory. - **TV and Music Facilities:** Large smart TV and second TV in small annex by kitchen. - **Games Room:** There is a large shared games room with table tennis, air hockey, table football and pool. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Gulliver has a large wood burner.
