Accommodation is provided for residential groups in comfortable bunkhouse-style rooms ranging from twins to rooms for 8, all with en suite facilities. The centre has 5 accommodation blocks, each with at least 1 sitting room with a TV and tea and coffee facilities. Blocks can be booked individually or together for larger groups. The dining hall serves all guests, with a range of options from bed and breakfast to a fully catered package. All dietary, cultural and religious needs can be met. There is no kitchen for self-catering. Facilities include meeting rooms for learning sessions or group activities, a lecture room, sports hall and disco hall for evening fun. Outdoor activities can be added at an extra cost and booked in advance. Options include canoeing, raft building, paddleboarding (seasonal), team challenges, archery, climbing, high ropes and bushcraft. Courses for younger children offer an early chance to stay away from home, build confidence, make new friends and develop key skills while taking part in outdoor activities. For 10 and 11 year olds, Glan-llyn provides programmes that encourage personal and social development in ways that are not always possible in the classroom, good preparation for high school Activities help children work with others, assess risks, communicate clearly and build trust, all within a supportive setting led by qualified staff Courses for teens cover a wide range of needs, from transition and language awareness to team building and Welsh Baccalaureate work All courses follow the centre’s curriculum, helping pupils gain new skills while experiencing life away from home, in an environment which encourages independence, resilience and positive relationships ## Additional Features - Leader Rooms - Outdoor Activities ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Unfortunately, no pets apart from guide dogs are allowed on site. - **Accessibility:** There are 3 accessible rooms as well as accessible toilets on site. - **WiFi:** WiFi throughout the accommodation. - **Swimming Pool:** Unattended swimming pool on site. Available for hire at additional cost. - **Dining Room:** 1 large canteen seating all guests on site. - **Kitchen:** Please note that there are no self-catering facilities. Catering options range from B&B to full board, with specific requirements catered for. - **Bedrooms:** A mix of twin/double rooms and dorms sleeping up to 8 in each. All bedrooms are en-suite. Most rooms are bunk beds with the occasional single beds. - **Bathrooms:** All bathrooms are en-suite with a shower, toilet, and sink. - **Heating and Open Fires:** 3 outdoor fire pit locations on site. The other 75% is needed 4 weeks before arrival.
