It is is also very popular with groups of friends who holiday regularly together. Adults of all ages and children alike will all find something for themselves at Hackford Hall to make their visit really special. The house has lots of space for everyone and sleeps 28 in the main house. We have also recently added an open plan annex and this can sleep up to a further 6 for a small additional cost. The house has lots of wonderful period features and is very comfortable throughout. All bedrooms have lovely white crisp cotton linen and feather duvets and pillows. The furnishings compliment the house throughout and the kitchen is well equipped to cater for any group, be it for a group meal or a Christmas dinner! The dining table can accommodate the whole group eating together, making Hackford Hall ideal for special occasions and celebratory get togethers. The house has lots of places to try some sport: there is a games room with table tennis and pool table; an indoor heated pool; a small gym; and also an all weather tennis court. Plus there is a fabulous large garden with a woodland area to explore, and a barbecue area for al fresco dining. ## Facilities - **WiFi:** WiFi is available in the house - enough generally but not fantastic for streaming. Mobile reception varies with different providers. - **Accessibility:** No specific facilities but there is a ground floor bedroom and loo. - **Dog Friendly:** We allow up to 4 well behaved dogs with prior agreement. There is a £30 per dog surcharge and a few simple house rules when bringing dogs. - **Kitchen:** Heart of the house and excellently equipped throughout with all you could need to create all culinary delights. - **Dining Room:** A double aspect room with seating for up to 30 people. A fabulous place to get everyone around the same table for every meal and any celebration. - **Sitting Room:** Spacious double aspect room with views to the front of the meadow. Comfy sofas, cushions and large TV, and a wood burner for the colder winter months. - **TV and Music Facilities:** There are two televisions in the house (lounge and kitchen) plus an iPod docking station in the dining room. - **Games Room:** Situated in the conservatory to the side of the house. The games room comes complete with table tennis and pool table, and a sofa for relaxing into. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Central heating throughout the house plus a wood burner in the lounge and an open fire in the reception hall. Guests to provide their own logs. - **Bedrooms:** Ground flr: double. First flr: 1 triple (en suite), 1 family room, 3 doubles (1 en suite). Second flr: 2 twin, 4 doubles, 1 single. Annex sleeps 6. - **Linen:** All bed linen is provided - high quality Egyptian cotton. All duvets are feather down for all seasons. Please bring all towels for shower and pool. - **Bathrooms:** 2 downstairs WCs. First floor: 3 bathrooms (2 are en suite). Second floor: 2 bathrooms (one is jack and jill shower). - **Children's Facilities:** There are 2 cots (please bring all bedding), and also 2 high chairs in the house. - **Outdoor:** Barbecue for the warmer months with seating area for everyone in this area. There is also some garden furniture dotted around the large garden. - **Swimming Pool:** The heated indoor pool is in a converted coach house about 70m from house with 2 changing rooms with shower and toilet facilities. - **Parking:** There is plenty of parking to the front and back of the house. - **Smoking:** We do not allow smoking anywhere inside the house. We have provided a standing ashtray outside should anyone wish to smoke. ## Rental Rates Please contact the owner for pricing. ## Booking Information - Minimum stay 3 nights. - - Prices: £4,500 to £10,500 per week and weekend: £4,300 through to £6,500. - - There is utility surcharge of charge of £717.50 on every booking (and £30 per dog if applicable).
