Hagg Hill Hall is a large country house sleeping 22 and filled with a wealth of antiques and luxurious furniture spread throughout the property. Ideal for big family gatherings, reunions and celebrations, as well as for walking and cycling groups and for mid week breaks.

There's lots of space at Hagg Hill Hall - 2 living areas with large sofas, a large dining room and garden room that both easily seat 22. We provide unlimited free logs for the large open fire in the main living room which also has a 50" flatscreen with full Sky package. There are 3 sound systems spread through the house.

The kitchen has a large table that easily seats 10, a large 4 oven Aga as well as a modern electric cooker, a dishwasher, a large pantry cupboard with a big drinks fridge in addition to the fridge freezer in the main kitchen, along with numerous other items you may need in your use of the kitchen.

There are 8 luxurious bedrooms spread over 2 floors with 7 double beds (5 of them 4 post beds) and 8 single beds, along with 2 full sized trundle beds for extra guests. 5 of the rooms are en suite with a total of 6 baths and 4 showers in the property. In the bedrooms guests also benefit from bathrobes, disposable slippers, towels and a hairdryer, and a TV with Freeview or Freesat in every room.

There are fantastic leisure facilities including a large indoor heated swimming pool with attached kids pool, an indoor hot tub and also an outdoor hot tub a log cabin with a sauna and a cabin with a bbq inside . outside both gas and charcoal bbq's available for guest use.

Hagg Hill Hall is in a great location near the Peak District National Park, and also benefits from easy access to the M1, making it a good choice for groups coming together from different parts of the country.

2 sitting rooms both able to seat 15 people. The main living room has full Sky TV package and large open fire with free unlimited logs.

TV and Music Facilities

TV in every bedroom with Freeview or Freesat as well as TVs in the living rooms. 3 sound systems in the property.

Games Room

There is a games area upstairs with a multi games table with pool/snooker/table football and air hockey. there is also chess and other board games

Heating and Open Fires

Central heating throughout as well as 2 large log burning open fires. Unlimited logs supplied.

Bedrooms

3 family rooms (1 double, 2 singles), 4 doubles (1 ziplink, 2 with extra trundle), 1 twin. Complimentary bath robes, slippers, hair dryer. TV.

Linen

All linen and towels are provided in the rooms and extra towels are provided for use in the swimming pool and hot tubs.

Bathrooms

Total of 6 baths and 3 showers. Complimentary toilet rolls, hand wash, shower gel and hand and body lotion provided.

Wide range of toys and games in the toy cupboard, kids swimming pool and large play boat and garden.

Upon booking either a deposit of 1/3 of the price with the remainder to be paid 8 weeks before your stay, or the full amount is payable. £250 refundable security bond payable before your stay. weekend bookings minimum 3 nights midweek bookings minimum 2 nights, Check-in 3pm, check-out 10am.
