Halford Hill is situated on the High Street in Llanberis, the village at the foot of Snowdon.
There are many attractions within Llanberis, including the Slate Museum, Hydro Electric Power Station, Snowdon Mountain Railway, Llanberis Lake Railway, river cruise, boat hire and scuba diving and other outdoor pursuits.
There are three bathrooms and one includes a sauna room suitable for up to 7. There is a large lounge and a small snug lounge on the lower ground floor. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and washing machine, a bathroom and a large dining room with ample room to sit 16 (also has a hostess trolley useful for catering for large groups).
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two twins and two doubles. On the top floor there are three bedrooms and a bathroom, one double room and two rooms with adult size bunks and a single in each.
The house has been renovated to Wales Tourist Board four star standard.
Outside there is off road parking for approx 5 cars, a brick built BBQ and benches. There is a glazed room at the back of the house that is suitable for bikes and has a tumble drier and hanging rails.
The house is at the quiet end of the village, and yet within easy reach of the bank, post office, shops and cafes, restaurants and take-aways.
There are views of the mountains and lakes from the house and Snowdon is located at the end of the High Street, a short walk away.
There are many outdoor sports locally utilising the lake and the mountains. A waterproof OS map is provided in the house, along with details of other local tourist attractions and walks.
