Hallsannery House (and if required, Coach House) provide the ideal venue for your corporate event. Whether you are organising a day meeting, looking for a luxurious residential or planning a corporate celebration or product launch, exclusive use of the Hallsannery Estate guarantees you maximum impact and productivity. No sharing spaces with others, no interruptions or fuss.

Our approach is professional, yet personal, and we are happy to work around your requirements. Full or partial catering is available on request, including full English breakfasts, daily delegate packages and conference meals if required. All hand-cooked and all prepared on site. For even more personal attention, butler and valet services are also available.

With 3 large, but welcoming, break-out reception rooms, a magnificent Hall for drinks receptions, speeches or presentations and an impressive Dining Room seating up to 70 at round tables or theatre style, the internal spaces are elegant and flexible. There is full WiFi throughout the house. If required, the 11 gorgeous en suite bedrooms (all with superking beds and most with stunning views) in Hallsannery House and additional 4 quirky bedrooms in the adjacent Coach House (ideal for training staff) make residentials and team builds particularly attractive.

Outside, Hallsannery sits in around an acre of private woodland, lawn and gardens, overlooking parkland and estuary. There is plenty of space for team building and corporate activities including archery, laser shooting, murder mystery events and sporting challenges, all of which can be organised through local suppliers. The tennis court and games room (with pool and table tennis) provide welcome distractions during breaks. Further afield, North Devon offers an abundance of activities including surfing, coasteering, sea fishing, hiking, golf, not to mention the natural beauty furnished by nearby sandy beaches, the Tarka Trail and South West Coastal path.

- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool but there are glorious sandy beaches nearby. Hot tubs can be hired in at cost.
- **Parking:** Off road Estate parking for 30 cars and additional parking for larger events.
