Harbourmaster House is a stunning property for larger families, groups and professionals wanting a more luxury, exclusive experience to create a special trip. In a fantastic position close to all that Newquay has to offer, and Fistral Beach.

Comfortably sleeping 12 people over 5 bedrooms, this substantial, classic house has been beautifully refurbished from top to bottom with contemporary interior design and thoughtful detail to provide the best self-catering experience.

The property boasts airy, luxurious, light filled spaces in which to relax, sleep and socialise. With an open plan kitchen diner, the whole group can eat together. Or relax in the cinema lounge with great facilities and 2 seating areas, or the snug - plenty of options for a little peace and quiet.

For balmy summer days there is a stunning outdoor space where guests can enjoy the sun, while away the day, barbecue and dine alfresco ... feel free to use some of our fresh garden herbs to show off your cooking skills!

The master bedroom has a 5ft double bed and en suite facilities. Three further bedrooms have either a 5ft double bed or a zip and link king size bed to provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements. The fifth bedroom has 4 custom built single beds that all ages will love. We accommodate two additional guests on a futon bed in the snug if guests require (to a max of 14 guests. Please discuss with us before booking).

House rules:
* Smoking strictly outdoors only
* Located in a residential area and we politely ask that guests respect the neighbouring residents. Loud music, inappropriate language and disruptive house parties are not suitable for this location
* Quiet time required between 10pm and 7am. Should guests still be socialising indoors after this time, we request you close external doors
* Pets limited to the ground floor

Environmental considerations:
In order that the building is environmentally friendly we have used locally reclaimed and sustainable materials. The insulation, lighting, heating and water systems have also been upgraded to create a warm, healthy, airy home with a low carbon footprint. Please use the recycling facilities provided.

Facilities

Enjoy preparing a feast for friends and family in the designer, fully equipped kitchen. Open plan with bi-fold doors to the garden.
Dine in style, and make some great memories with your favourite people, whilst enjoying your favourite music through the Airplay system.
Relax on the low slung sofas or cosy up in front of the inset log fire at the end of a long day in the waves. Or watch a film or chat in the snug.
Movies at their best on the 65" 4K smart TV with Dolby Atmos Surround and Blu-Ray. Netflix and Amazon Prime subscriptions included.
Unlimited Superfast WiFi throughout the property. Mobile reception is also strong in this area for main networks.
No games room as such, but the snug is a great chill out area, filled with bean bags and sofas and a smart TV. It's a trump card for parents!
The property is fully centrally heated and even has a contemporary inset real flame fireplace in the family area for those more cosy nights in.
5 bedrooms all with custom detailing and super cosy bedding. Master en suite, 5ft double, 2 zip/link bedrooms, 1 quad with singles (see floor plans).
To ensure you have a great nights sleep, we provide only the finest silk and cotton blend hypoallergenic bedding. Guest towels are also provided.
All 3 are beautifully presented with Cornish slate, porcelain and travertine along with designer fittings to ensure a luxury experience.
Disabled access is limited to the facilities on the ground floor via the rear of the property. Bedrooms are situated on the 1st and 2nd floors.
1 travel cot that you are welcome to use (please let us know in advance so we can set it up for you).
A stunning courtyard garden - relax in the sun on the outdoor sofas and cook up a storm on the real charcoal barbecue.
There is no pool.
The property has 3 off street car park spaces on the driveway. There is further unrestricted parking on the street in front of the property.

We allow dogs with prior agreement. An small additional charge will be made depending on length of stay.

Location

A stones throw from Newquay's iconic Fistral Beach and the same from it's restaurants, bistro's, shops and golf course, guests could just leave their cars on the driveway all week!
Newquay Town is situated less than a 5 minutes walk away.
Spar Corner Shop - 50 yds, Sainsbury's Supermarket - 350 yds.
There is a large selection of restaurants, bars and bistros within a 5 minute walk from the property.

Booking Information

50% deposit secures booking, 50% remaining balance and returnable damage deposit of £400 to be paid no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
*Please note, failure to settle the remaining balance on time may be construed as guest cancellation.
