Harbourmaster House is a stunning property for larger families, groups and professionals wanting a more luxury, exclusive experience to create a special trip. Situated in a fantastic location close to Fistral beach and everything that Newquay has to offer.

Comfortably sleeping 12 people over 5 bedrooms and the potential to sleep up to 14, this substantial classical property has been beautifully refurbished externally and brought "bang up to date" inside with contemporary interior design, cosy bedrooms and furnishings plus thoughtful detailing to provide the absolute best self-catering experience.

The property boasts airy, light filled spaces in which to relax, sleep and socialise. Cook & eat together in the stunning kitchen diner, or relax in the high end TV lounge or family areas beside the fire. There is even a snug for the kids!

For balmy summer days there is a stunning outdoor space where guests can enjoy the sun, while away the day, BBQ and dine alfresco... show off your cooking skills!

The master bedroom has a 5ft double bed and en suite facilities.

Three further bedrooms have either a 5ft double bed or a zip and link king size bed to provide flexibility in sleeping arrangements.

The fifth bedroom has 4 custom built single beds that all ages will love. We can accommodate two further guests on a futon bed in the snug if required (maximum 14 guests) Please discuss with us before booking.

We also have a cot.

House rules:

* Smoking strictly outdoors only

* Located in a residential area and we politely ask that guests respect the neighbouring residents. Loud music, inappropriate language and disruptive house parties are not suitable for this location

* Quiet time required between 10pm and 7am. Should guests still be socialising indoors after this time, we request you close external doors

* Pets limited to the ground floor

Environmental considerations:

To ensure the building is environmentally friendly, we used locally reclaimed and sustainable materials. The insulation, lighting, heating and water systems have also been upgraded to create a warm, healthy, airy home with a low carbon footprint. Recycling facilities are provided.

## Facilities

- **WiFi:** Unlimited Superfast WiFi throughout the property. Mobile reception is strong in this area.
- **Accessibility:** Disabled access is limited to the facilities on the ground floor via the rear of the property. Bedrooms are situated on the 1st and 2nd floors.
- **Dog Friendly:** We allow dogs with prior agreement.
- **Kitchen:** Enjoy preparing a feast for friends and family in the designer, fully equipped kitchen. Open plan with bi-fold doors to the garden.
- **Dining Room:** Dine in style, and make some great memories with your favourite people, whilst enjoying your favourite music through the Airplay system.
- **Sitting Room:** Relax on the low slung sofas and socialise in front of the inset fire at the end of a day in the waves. Or just watch a film & chill in the snug.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Movies at their best on the 65" 4K smart TV with Dolby Atmos Surround and Blu-Ray. Netflix, DVB and Prime subscriptions included.
- **Games Room:** Our Snug is a great little chill out area, filled with bean bags and sofas and a smart TV. A trump card for parents after some peace!
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The property is centrally heated and even has a contemporary real flame fireplace for cosy nights in.
- **Bedrooms:** 5 bedrooms all with custom detailing and super cosy bedding. Master en suite, 5ft double, 2 zip/link bedrooms, 1 quad with singles (see floor plans).
- **Linen:** To ensure you have a great nights sleep, we provide only the finest silk and cotton blend hypoallergenic bedding. Guest towels are also provided.
- **Bathrooms:** All 3 are beautifully presented with Cornish slate, porcelain and travertine along with designer fittings to ensure a luxury experience.
- **Children's Facilities:** 1 travel cot that you are welcome to use (please let us know in advance so we can set it up ready).
- **Outdoor:** A stunning courtyard garden - relax in the sun on the outdoor sofas and cook up a storm on the real charcoal barbecue.
- **Parking:** The property has 3 off street car park spaces on the driveway. There is further unrestricted parking on the street in front of the property.
- **Smoking:** Smoking strictly outdoors only.
