This lovingly restored stone barn combines rustic character with modern comfort, creating a wonderfully sociable setting for get-togethers at any time of year. Warm and cosy in winter, cool and airy in summer, the Bunkhouse opens onto green pastures with great views of Hardingsdown Hill and beyond - a true Gower panorama.

A bright, welcoming space designed for easy living and good company awaits. There are 4 comfy and flexible bedrooms sleeping up to 12 in single or bunk beds, each with duvets and pillows with all bed linen provided, just bring your own personal towels. The layout suits both families and groups of friends - with 1 downstairs bedroom and 3 upstairs, plus 3 modern bathrooms with showers, basins and toilets, ensuring there’s room for everyone to freshen up after a day outdoors.

The kitchen is the heart of the house, featuring a large dining table for 12, a range cooker and everything you need for hearty group meals. After dinner, gather in the cosy lounge with its Smart TV and free WiFi, or outside in the enclosed garden for a barbecue and drinks under the Gower dark skies.

Outdoor enthusiasts are perfectly placed here. There’s a separate drying room and laundry as well as a secure lock up for bikes, surfboards and canoes, and the location is ideal for making the most of the nearby opportunities for coastal adventures. Llangennith Village is just a 20-minute stroll (mostly off-road) or a quick 3-minute drive away, with a friendly pub. Llangennith Beach, one of the best surfing beaches in the south west, is only 5 minutes away, while Mewslade and Fall Bays beckon climbers and walkers alike.

With ample parking for 5 cars, room for the dog, and endless countryside to explore, Hardingsdown Bunkhouse is more than just a place to stay - it’s your gateway to the wild beauty and welcoming spirit of Gower.

## Booking Information

- Friday and Monday changeovers although we do try to be flexible.
- 
- A 30% deposit plus a booking form secures the booking. The balance is due a month before arrival.
- 
- For Stag and Hen groups both Hardingsdown Bunkhouse and The Chaffhouse next door need to be booked together. Bond is required.
- 
- Arrival from 4 pm. Checkout 10.30 am. Safe storage for luggage etc available.

Located on the western side of the stunning Gower Peninsula close to many sandy beaches such as Llangennith (a 5 minute drive away) as well as Port Eynon, Rhossili, Horton and Oxwich, all within a 20 minute drive and fully accessible to all. Llangennith village and the local King’s Head Pub is a 20 minute walk away, mostly off road, or a 3 minute drive. A superb network of footpaths and bridleways for some fabulous walks and bike rides can be accessed right from Hardingsdown Bunkhouse doorstep with beautiful coastal and inland scenery.

For retail therapy, the famous Mumbles is just 30 minute drive away and Swansea City, the home of the famous Welsh poet Dylan Thomas, is again 35 minutes away.
