Our 2-night weekend prices as the same as our 3 night weekend prices. Therefore, we recommend booking a 3 night break and take advantage of a later departure on the Sunday.

Harelands is a spacious and luxurious holiday home in the heart of the Yorkshire countryside, offering the ultimate escape for groups of up to eight guests. This beautifully designed farmhouse combines traditional charm with contemporary comforts, making it ideal for family reunions, friend gatherings or special celebrations.

The property features four well-appointed bedrooms with super king-size beds, which can be set as doubles or twins to suit your group’s needs. The master bedroom boasts an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the fishing lake, while a second en-suite and a stylish shared bathroom complete the accommodation. The open-plan kitchen and dining area provide a welcoming space for communal meals, equipped with modern appliances, a pantry and a wine fridge. The adjoining living spaces include two cosy lounges—one with a log burner—perfect for relaxing evenings together. Large smart TVs in both living rooms and the dining area ensure entertainment for all.

Harelands is designed for socialising and entertainment. Outside, you’ll find a private patio with a luxurious hot tub, a gas BBQ and stylish seating for alfresco dining. The games room, complete with table football, darts, a bar and a sound system, promises hours of fun, whatever the weather. For outdoor enthusiasts, the private fishing lake offers a tranquil retreat for carp and tench fishing, while the enclosed garden provides a safe space for pets and children. Horse-friendly facilities are available by arrangement, including stabling and a paddock, making Harelands an excellent choice for equestrian groups.

With its beautiful setting and thoughtful amenities, Harelands is the perfect base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales or simply unwinding with your group in a serene countryside location.

- **Accessibility:** Harelands features step-free ground floor access, with all four bedrooms upstairs, offering a spacious and comfortable layout for guests.
- **Hot Tub:** The hot tub is prepared for you and will heat up on arrival day. Enjoy safely, keep noise low 10pm-8am, and call us anytime for assistance.
- **WiFi:** Free WiFi available at the property.
- **Bathrooms:** Two en-suite bathrooms and one main house bathroom.
- **Bedrooms:** 4 stylish bedrooms. Each room can be set as doubles or twins.
- **Children's Facilities:** High chair and cot can be provided if requested.
- **Dining Room:** The kitchen is open plan with a spacious dining area seating 8 guests comfortably.
- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** The 2 Electric Vehicle charging points sit on the wall to the right of the entry gates. Please follow the Project EV instructions.

- **Games Room:** Games room with table football, a dartboard, sound system, drinks fridge, and a fantastic bar area.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Centrally heated. There is a log burner in the living room provided with an initial supply of logs.
- **Kitchen:** Farmhouse kitchen with smart TV, pantry, wine fridge, breakfast bar, and spacious dining for 8 with panoramic countryside views.
- **Linen:** High-quality bed linen, bath robes and towels provided for all guests.
- **Outdoor:** Enclosed garden with hot tub, BBQ, outdoor seating, games room, fishing lake, dog-friendly space, and optional equine facilities.
- **Parking:** The parking for Harelands sits at the front of the property opposite the stables. Access to parking is through the double black gates.
- **Sitting Room:** With warm richly coloured sofas, there is plenty of comfortable seating plus a large smart TV, perfect for movie nights.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted in the property.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TV in the kitchen-diner and both living rooms. The master bedroom also has a smart TV.

- A 33% deposit secures your booking with the balance due 8 weeks before arrival. Prior to your arrival, we kindly request your card details for our precautionary damage procedure. This involves a temporary hold on your card details and ensures coverage for any potential damages during your stay.

- We operate a live booking system and prices change periodically with demand, you may see prices increase or decrease depending on your chosen dates, length of stay and seasonal changes. 
- 
- Please note we have a minimum stay of two nights midweek and three nights over a weekend at this property.
